Paolo and Carlotta's Home - large and central apartment between two nice parks

The best apartment we stayed in Italy this September! 1. The location: less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Close to il Mercato Centrale Firenze. Easy access to most of the tourist attractions. 2. Well-equipped with everything we need: 3 air conditioners, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, television, etc. Kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. There’s space to hang up our laundry on the balcony and there are a lot of hangers. 3. Basic seasonings, laundry detergents, wash supplies, clean towels, and even disposable sleepers are prepared for guests. 4. Two spacious bedrooms with very cozy beds and pillows, and 2 bathrooms! We don’t have to wait for a long time for washing ups in the morning! Good drainage in the bathrooms and all sinks. 5. The host is extremely helpful and considerate. He knows exactly what travelers like us need. Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, he helped us with our heavy luggage. And sweet little gifts such as a bottle of wine and some sweets are there for us upon our arrival. Very clear tourism instructions and a map of Firenze were provided . 6. It was very easy to communicate with the host via WhatsApp. He always responded soon. 7. A beautiful and clean apartment. It’s what we see at booking.com, or even better!

Our host was very accommodating with showing us everything and welcoming with helping our luggage 🧳 and a lovely bottle of wine and treats. He gave us information about the area and how to get around.

There were stairs but he did help us

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen and bathrooms could benefit from some updating. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The beds were large and comfortable. Quilt was stained. The kitchen was well equipped. New frying pans would be very helpful.

The cleanliness was not great. Basics were taken care of but the property needs a good overall cleaning. Layers of dust. The stairs to the apartment are extremely dark. The couch in the living room needs to be updated. Only seats 3 and dips in the centre. We were not aware of the sewer situation in Florence and this property seems to be over a main sewer junction.
