The location of the apartment is very good, everything is close - all museums, the station. The apartment is in the old town, so there are probably few windows, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is clean.
We had to wait about 20 minutes for the keys, even though we arrived at the time we had indicated. There was no bottle opener.

Posizione ottima, 10 min. a piedi da Santa Maria del Fiore e 20 min. a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. In zona comunque tranquilla e non particolarmente trafficata. Spazi interni adeguati.
Scarsa pulizia generale (trovati capelli e altri residui nel pavimento del soggiorno; contenitore della spazzatura sotto il lavabo non svuotato, evidentemente è rimasto così dal precedente affitto; polvere e altro accumulati in vari punti). Struttura interessante ma non tenuta bene, necessita di una buona manutenzione e maggiore cura da parte dei proprietari.
