David was a great and helpful host, answering all questions I had. The room space was spacious and suitable for 3 guests and beds were comfy. Felt very secure during my stay here. Also it was helpful that it had a washing machine as well.
Only thing was the kitchen light wasn’t bright enough

Comfy apartment in a historic building next to Santa Croce and walking distance from the Duomo. Having an elevator was a big plus. Important to note that the two twin beds are in the living room, the same place where the dining table is. The bedroom is massive. Kitchen is well equipped enough for light meals, but it's very tiny, so don't expect a lot of space to move around.

Superb location to visit the historic town. Spacious rooms. Nice high ceilings.
It's rather noisy at night and early morning due to deliveries, street cleaning etc. No air conditioning in bedrooms, but fans. It was rather hot in mid August.

Location was very good and apartment size was also good. Cleaning was good.
We had issue with check in. Host somehow wants us to check in at 2 PM which is legitimate check in time. However, we have requested as we were arriving Florence bit early to check in at 12 PM. But then host told us you can check in at 1 PM however, things turned out that we had to check in at 2 PM. We were traveling with kids which makes life bit difficult.
Bathroom shower knob was also broken.
