A great place to see Florence. EASY Walking distance to all.

I would advise guests that the unit is 4 flights (8 stairwells) up.

Amazing location, kitchen fully eqquiped. AC stopped working and lots of mosquitos.

It was not 3 bedrooms, but 3 rooms adapted to be 3 bedrooms. So, intimacy was not a characteristic of the place.

all fair and ok, wifi ok, location is near the attraction, can go back and have rest after lunch

upon arrival, and before arrival no instruction how to connect and get keys. We dont have Italy phone, have to ask restaurant to connect the host. and have to walk 3-4 levels. The Main door of the hotel is extremely hard/ no possible to open if you don't have skills. that part we spend more than 20mins and open the door. once learnt how to open, is fine.

Amazing location and good hosts!

Spacious and very good location. the hosts were very good and on time with check-in and very flexible with checkout as well! recommended stay!

no lift in the building and flat on the 3rd /4th floor. no doors in the living room and kitchen which stops the living room ac from cooling up quick.

Location was very good. Cape cap coffee very convenient. Good AC. Clean property.

Climb up to the fourth floor! They look like six floors. No bulb in the first floor and some other floor. Flush the toilet was not an easy task.

Great location - very close to all the tourist spots and famous restaurants! Place was very homey Coffee machine

They should have said that the room was in the 4th floor (3rd floor in Europe) - not really the best place to stay if you’re carrying heavy luggages; a heads up would have been nice There were extra blankets in the closet but they seemed dirty

good area to explore florence

central location, air conditioning, clean and spacious

STAIRS! no elevator, unit is in the 4th floor, technically 5th floor US standards. Very difficult with older people , those with heart issues and children , especially with luggage or groceries . basic apartment, doors don’t lock, small shower.

Disappointing

Good Location

We only received half a roll of toilet paper for the entire 5 day stay and when it ran out the host informed us to purchase more ourselves as there were no additional rolls in the unit. Additionally the apartment was not very clean. Floors left dirt marks on your socks. We were concerned about the possibility of bed bugs but were unsure so we contacted the host and she assured us that she would get in contact with a profession, however, no follow up was ever given about the situation.

The place is very central, making it easy to step by during a sightseeing trip and recharging a bit

The place is completely barren and without any life. I am sure the price we paid for 2 nights is about as much as the whole inventory is worth. The toilet also didn't work properly

Superb

The location of the apartments is superb, very close to all major attractions, about 100 meters from the Palazzo Vecchio,, the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio. There is everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine.

There is no elevator to the fourth floor, but this is not a problem for young tourists :)

room was very small, was part of an apartment so living room was shared and people coming going all the time. jet fir main door did not always work. could only open suitcase on bed as no room anywhere else and I would not of felt safe leaving anything valuable while out.

Perfect location for tourists in Florence

The location of the apartment is perfect. On a charming street near all the main historic sites of Florence. Hosts were very helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. Air conditioning was very strong and helpful in the heat of summer! Apartment has everything you need, but is very basic.

We were disappointed that the apartment said there was a terrace, but there wasn't one (there were two balconies however). Also, being on the fourth floor could be challenging for some guests, though it wasn't a problem for us.

Location was great! Clean, and staff is super helpful and respond to your messages right away

7 flights of stairs to climb!! By the time you hit the 5th flight you are crawling to get to the 7th flight, especially carrying luggage! NOT recommended for elderly or those with young kids. Then place is VERY basic, no decor Bathroom is TINY....very small shower and a tiny tiny sink
