Was in a convenient location. Room itself was okay- had a very bad sewage smell when first walking into the room. Notified the staff and unfortunately did not improve. Breakfast was okay, included in our stay

Awesome breakfast buffet and the staff were very helpful. The room we had was very nice, except that the internet would not work. They moved us to another room the second night but it was not nearly as nice as the original room we booked. Very convenient location and y9u were within walling distance to all the attractions and shopping.

Location is excellent: less than five minute walk to Punta Vecchio. Directly adjacent to the Arno river. Walk across the river and you are on your way to Michelangelo Plaza for insane views of il duomo

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The toilet, bath, and all other areas were perfectly clean. From the balcony, I had a view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Breakfast was an American-style buffet. While not extravagant, the quality and variety were more than sufficient. Eating on the terrace along the Arno River was a very pleasant experience. Aside from a 20-minute wait at check-in while they located my reservation, everything was perfect. The car was handled by valet parking, so I didn't have to worry about navigating a tight parking garage.

Hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. Staff gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants. Rain shower was relaxing and much needed for cooling down after a hot Italian day of sightseeing. Our breakfast was also included as part of our stay. It was the perfect start to our day. Walking distance to all the major sites we had on our agenda. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

Excellent Buffett breakfast and location. Near major attraction. Lots of construction on near by was a con. The room was not similar to the pictures on site and when asked to swap we were informed no availability. I got the impression they were trying to fill up the less pleasant rooms. The reception agreed that room provided is not what is on the web for similar room. I am not sure as online it seems a few rooms available for same night. Beside that the staff were pleasant. A few minor comments.. Rooms very abit outdated and lacked lighting to do make up. Also not enough plugs in the Hotel.

Excellent hotel, staff, cleanliness, and LOCATION. Breakfast included was amazing, definitely worth it to try even if not included in the booking. Room was modern and well lit. Hotel has a small rooftop with beautiful view of the river.

This is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The bed and willows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious! Very close to Ponte Vecchio and major city attractions. Highly recommend!!!
