The hotel is on a busy street and near lots of shops . I walked everywhere from the room I was staying at and made it to

I liked the kitchenette and being able to cook on the little induction stove.

The room I stayed in had black long thick hairs all over it , on the walls and the floors and even on the bed sheets.

Nice apartment, but the extremely narrow corridor and thin walls make it noisy.

Great location and spacious apartment with all necessary facilities. Good for family.

The apartment is located on the top floor, and it was very difficult to reach because the corridor is extremely narrow. It is practically impossible to access with a baby stroller or large suitcases. In addition, special attention must be paid to how the city tax is paid: it needs to be left in a box, and if this is missed, paying it later online via PayPal or bank transfer becomes complicated. Access to both the building and the apartment is also difficult.

Great Stay, would return

location was perfect, deluxe room was perfect. great for a weekend break.

Would be nice if the instructions could of been translated or written in English but it was ok i worked it out. The walls are very thin i could hear the people in the next room and they was very loud.

Florence Stay

The room was spacious for three people. The location was great near supermarket, laundromat, restaurants, and bus stops.

Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. Luckily, we able to go up stairs, but going up with luggage is not that convenient. We were not able to sleep due to the loud noise coming from the street and also from other guests. Eventhough, there are signs all over the building asking guests to keep the noise doing. The heater does not work and the room was too cold.

Horrible! A nightmare! The room we were accommodated in looks like a ghetto (miserable, with old and scratched walls and furniture, old and painted refrigerator, with scratched walls and mold, torn curtain, toilet full of rust, horrible smell, sloping bed, I couldn't stay in those conditions) I do not recommend it under any circumstances! This accommodation is a big scam!The photos on Booking do not at all reflect the horrible reality of the apartment!and and I'm sorry that it's not allowed to attach more photos so you can see the horrible conditions!

Acceptable for a quick stay but not the best place to stay in.

The location of the room was great and it was clean.

We didn't have any compliments such as extra coffee pots, tea or something small like a treat (of course the host is not required to leave any, but it always makes a good impression). The room was really simply furtished and decorated. The bed was broken! And we though we might fall at night. Overall it was okay, but only for a quick night stay and nothing more. I think it was too expensive for what we got.

cosy, spacious apartment in the old town

lovely apartment, comfortable bed. windows were not facing the street which was obviously much less noisy. the tv was a nice extra for our son asking for some cartoons in the evening to chill

no lift unfortunately, so a bit tricky for families with prams like us.

Great

I accidentally booked this hotel just two days before my trip, and I was a bit worried at first because the ratings weren't super high. But when I checked in, it totally exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, the location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the coffee machine worked great. The only downside was there's no elevator to the third floor - had to carry my luggage up. But honestly, for such a good price, that's a minor complaint. After all, cleanliness and location are the most important things for a homestay.

Great location, perfect distance from the busy, tourist areas. lovely bars and restaurants nearby. clean and comfortable apartment that feels safe.

Check in insurrections were a little confusing. It was not a problem for us, but be mindful there are lots of stairs which may be challenging for someone with limited mobility.

Florence Apt very near Duomo, Shopping

Walking distance was 10 minutes from Duomo and Main square and all shopping. Very easy to get around from location and felt safe due to two local eateries, bars right downstairs providing activity after dark. Facility had locked access and additional locked access to apartment. Rooomy for 6. Very easy access to all sorts of nearby eateries, bars, shopping - so location was excellent for getting around and seeing sites by walking. Bus access is supposedly close but we chose to walk everywhere so can't comment on that. Overall pleased with facility for our needs and accessibility.

Single bathroom made getting ready, access to facilities a little challenging for 6 people. Single bedroom was tight for 2 persons sleeping (only one side of bed access) but that's really it. Only other issue was no 'central seating area to relax - basically had to just sit on beds in different rooms as kitchen with small TV had limited seating on small kitchen chairs. Second bedroom had two queen beds for 4 people sleeping.
