Very large room, very comfortable beds and bedding materials, air con, close to excellent restaurants, clean, very nice bathroom
It is not that we didn’t like, it might be added to “watch out” or “potential improvements”. There was some shower leakage next to the toilet. Not a lot, it disappeared between the morning shower and the afternoon shower. The hairdryer was so tiny and only lasted for 3-4 minutes before heating up too much and needing a break.

Slow response on messages. Too many door locks to be operated. Basic stuffs like salt, pepper / sugar not available.

The apartment was located very well, close to the historical center.
The noise on the hallway, the other guests sitting on the floor were not very quiet and we could hear them every time they left as they slammed the door.

The room was spacious for three people. The location was great near supermarket, laundromat, restaurants, and bus stops.
Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. Luckily, we able to go up stairs, but going up with luggage is not that convenient. We were not able to sleep due to the loud noise coming from the street and also from other guests. Eventhough, there are signs all over the building asking guests to keep the noise doing. The heater does not work and the room was too cold.
