Wine Apartments Florence Ansonica

A comfortable apartament with lots of facilities. A bottle of wine and water upon arrival. Easy to comunicate with the host.

The bathroom shower would need some improvement.

The host Sofia was very attentive and helpful as I was a little worried about the code situation - especially in the dark- spacious, very central , quite comfy , bottle of wine on arrival

Bathroom too small - shower very basic but manageable, very hot when we arrived but this was sorted , beds were fine although mattress a little soft , worried about power cuts so no use of oven

This three-bedroom apartment in Florence was a tremendous step up from our previous accommodation in Rome. The space is clearly updated, well-maintained, and felt completely comfortable. The radiant heat worked flawlessly throughout our stay, which was a huge relief and a definite plus. The location is truly a 10/10: we were within easy walking distance of all the great shopping, famous bridges, and Renaissance art that Florence has to offer. The convenience and quality of the apartment made our time in the city wonderful.

The shower enclosure is incomplete, and while a curtain was mounted on the outside, it was ineffective. A significant amount of water inevitably splashed onto the bathroom floor. This design flaw created a bizarre "logic trap": the host had a sign explicitly forbidding the use of towels to clean up the floor, threatening an extra charge. It is frustrating to be penalized for an issue that is entirely the result of the property's deficient plumbing enclosure.

The main room had spiders and everyone one who stayed in that room got spider bites including in their face which REALLY SUCKED.
