Óptima localização, em frente ao rio. Com restaurantes próximos. Tem uma boa limpeza. Boa cama de casal. O sofá cama é um pouco inferior, mas aceitavel. Wc óptimo. Recomendo.

O código de entrada estava errado, nas o anfitrião respondeu de imediato enviando o código correto.

Check-in was supposed to be from 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:10 PM, but the apartment was still being cleaned, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. The code provided for collecting the key was incorrect. Fortunately, we met the person who was cleaning the apartment, and he contacted someone by phone to give us the correct code. One of the air conditioners was not working at all, and the other one was barely effective. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, which made it difficult to ventilate the apartment, especially during warm weather. The kitchen and its equipment were quite worn out and did not appear completely clean. One of the shower cabin doors was broken, and the toilet flush was not working properly. It is also important to mention that the apartment is located on a very busy street. If you are not used to sleeping with constant traffic noise from cars and motorcycles, you may find it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
