Wonderful!

The location of the apartment is great- close to shopping and dining and attractions. The view from our place was fantastic and the space was clean and the rooms themselves were spacious. We were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs but for us that wasn't a problem at all.

Overall it was extremely good value especially being so centrally located

The beds were very comfortable and we very much enjoyed the bottle of wine. The air con was very effective and being on the top floor it was quiet

Being on the top floor would be difficult for guests with mobility issues. The bathroom and kitchen are perhaps getting ready for replacement but I think this reflective of the price of the rental.

Its on the 7th floor without elevator!! We were a family of 7 with luggage. You can imagine how it was.. Apartment has old appliances and tiny bathrooms, not very comfortable but OK.

Location was excellent. Nice sized bedrooms, comfortable beds.

Very small shower with somewhat unreliable hot water, but not too bad. Half bath was tiny, but clean and we were glad to have a second toilet for the group. A lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but we were traveling light so not a problem. If you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult.

Great location, I appreciate them giving us a bottle of wine, easy check in instructions, price wasn’t bad comparing to everything around. Property is spacious.

Honestly the only good thing about this property was the location. Everything else was very disappointing.

The apartment wasnt clean (clean) at all. They had cleaners clean the place, but it was not clean. Stained sheets, yellow stained pillows, mould on the washing machine, dirty walls, no clean smell in the apartment. We were very disappointed and even after speaking with the owners there was little to no care about our concerns. I would not recommend to stay here. Also they never mention it is on the top floor, no elevator and around 10 flights if Steve stairs to climb with luggage.

Be aware of the 6 flights of floors with no elevator. Could really use a simple upgrade of new pillows, they were unusually flat/hard.

location, location & locations. its so close to all important tourist attractions. lovely cafe downstairs & loads of eating options all around. hosts provided a bottle of wine as a welcome & a small set of kitchen supplies (dishwaher tablets, washing machine tablet etc) which is handy. very convinient location.

dingy building no elevator & apartment on top floor / 5th floor. bathroom was the smallest I have seen, hardly any space very dated kitchen / bathroom rooms were ok, but no ceiling lights, so it got really dark in the evenings or windows closed.

Nice apartment with excellent location!

We loved the apartment. It was really nice and spacious, and nicely furnished. We got a bottle of wine that we really enjoyed :) Host was available though everything worked well so we didn't contact her. Lots of information available, like where to find the nearest supermarked. Location was excellent, a few steps from the Uffici and the canal. Restaurants and bars in the street outside. We parked just outside of the paying zone and had 10-15 minutes walk to the building. It's on the 4th floor but it felt like 10, because of the high ceilings. The bonus is that you get a nice view once you've reached the apartment!

You need an app to enter the building and the apartment (once inside we got a key). It was a hassle, we did not get check in instructions and had to call booking.com as the company owning the apartment did not respond. Quite annoying when we wanted to enjoy Venice but had to spend time trying to figure this out. We were probably just unlucky and in the end it worked well.

Our experience in this property was perfect. We were all happy as soon as we went in the property. .

The keys were left in the kitchen of the property. All we needed was a code to get into the property to get them easy. They even left a bottle of wine and sweets as complementary but we didn’t get round to having them. Easily fits 8 people to stay here. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Excelente localização. Os principais pontos de Florença ficam todos perto do apartamento. Os quartos são amplos, as camas e os travesseiros confortáveis e a cozinha é bem equipada.

Eu já sabia que seria no 4º andar, mas a escada é bem íngrime. Cansa bastante para subir. Além disso, no anúncio dizia 2 banheiros com chuveiro e secador de cabelo, mas apenas 1 banheiro possui chuveiro e secador de cabelo. O outro banheiro é apenas um lavabo. A descarga do banheiro com chuveiro é fraca. Ao fazer o check-out eles dizem que você deve tirar todo o lixo do apartamento e levar a um local, o qual é preciso andar um pouco segurando as sacolas dos lixos. Caso você não retire o lixo, poderá levar multa (informação recebida apenas poucos dias antes de chegar na estadia).

Florencia mágica

La ubicacion de este apartamento es increíble. Se encuentra a la salida de las Galerias Ufizi con lo cual te encontras en pleno centro de Florencia y desde la ventana se ve la torre del Palazzo Vechio. De noche es algo mágico. Ademas esta a pocos pasos del Ponte Vecchio, es decir en el medio del casco antiguo de Florencia. Nosotros fuimos 2 familias (7 integrantes) y estuvimos cómodos ya que cada familia tenia su cuarto. Las camas muy comodas y disfrutamos tremendamente el apartamento. El ingreso fue muy sencillo y los anfitriones estuvieron comunicados de forma continua. Les agradecemos mucho el que nos hayan recibido.

Es un poco desafiante que hay que subir 4 pisos (sobre todo con la valijas) pero el lugar lo amerita.

Ottima la posizione, camere spaziose, carina l'idea di lasciare una bottiglia di vino, cucina abbastanza fornita, letti comodi, bagno fornito di due phon (c'era anche una piastra per capelli!), proprietario gentile e comodo il codice per entrare.

Appartamento al V piano senza ascensore, check-in online un po' lungo considerato che eravamo in 8, appartamento non super pulito, secondo bagno davvero piccolo e doccia in quello principale poco funzionante.
