Amazing atmosphere, clean, big space and cute view.

The property it self is so antique and beautiful, the rooms are clan and big , just some stairs , that if you have a lot of luggage can be found hard to climb them.

Is kept very clean and neat. And is very quiet and safe.

The cleaning was perfect unbelievable clean . The location was also ok The place is big enough

My son got bitten by bed bugs with hand. Slept for only one night and got big itchy area on hand which exposed outside. Got itching the whole day after left. This place is only apartment so u have to carry the big luggage by foot, my room was on 2nd floor it is like fourth floor. U will have to pay $6 dollars per night per person for travel Tax , not sure its all the same with Italian hotels...never. Heard of travel tax. The air conditioning is not very good in the other room, the bathroom and the left room are all good just right side room very cold .

Good location but not clean.

The location is good

It wasn’t enough clean. Bed sheets were covered by dots. There was no toilet paper holder in bathroom. The shower cabin was too small! The closets door was not being closed.

Nice place to stay in Florence

The apartment is clean. The host Giuseppe is very nice, welcoming and accommodating! The place is not so far from the tourist spots like the Duomo. I will always book again in Sleep Tight Florence apartment whenever i have visitor friends to tour in Florence.

Poor maintenance and hygiene.

Room needs a deepclean, water smelled like pool water, small room, poor facilities and very cold room with centrally controlled heating. Not recommended for families. Nothing like the pictures on the site.

Lovely spacious place

We loved our stay we had the balcony room and it was spacious and we enjoyed dinner on the balcony. The bed is super comfy we travelled with our dogs and the property were very nice and accommodating it’s perfect walking distance and was great for us to stretch our legs after a long drive! Highly recommend

Very nice but overpriced unless the hot water system is made reliable and some quality coffee and tea is available

Really comfortable beds

Very comfortable and good but overpriced. Unfortunately the hot water system was unreliable so for two mornings we couldn’t have a hot shower. For a lovely, quite stylish room the table setting in the kitchen was a bit tacky/ cheap looking. Needs an upgrade. And very disappointing the ground coffee was so awful. Just looking at it I could see there was something strange and cheap about it which I mentioned to staff. A nicer selection of tea would be appreciated for this quality accommodation.

Pictures and descriptions did not match the experience

Comfortable bed

Dusty, hair in the shower, water pressure in the shower low, shower so small, couldn’t fit properly to wash hair. The whole room smelled like egg the whole time from previous guests. Day 2 our towels were not changed. The little body wash and shampoo sachets are too small and not enough so don’t rely on them. At check in we noticed other peoples suitcases in our room which was left accidentally instead of suit 8. We brought all our suitcases upstairs ourselves. The room not cosy enough, cold. Lots of noises from outside room on the staircases heard late at night. FYI This place is close to train station but far from the city centre.

Just that it had a big room

It was not as shown in the pictures, looked a little run down and the bathroom was too small. There was no elevator which I expected so we had a hard time getting our luggage up and down. The location was quite inconvenient as well to catch buses and trains.

Good value for money!

I liked that it had shops and restaurants nearby. It's close to the station. It's off a main street so you can easily get a taxi or find a bike to rent.

I didn't like how it's advertised as "10 min away from the main attractions" when it is about 20-25 min on foot.

Great location and really sweet apartment

The location was really convenient and the apartment was so lovely. It was really nice to have a space to cook so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal!

The apartment was quite warm despite the air-con, but this may be because it was 37 degrees each day during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The small kitchen was a great addition and made it easy to prepare simple meals. The apartment itself was very clean and beautifully maintained. The location was also very convenient—there were convenience stores nearby, and the bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to get to different parts of Florence.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is also quite good. A big plus is that you can easily park your car right at Garage Nouva.

The room was clean and customer service was good. We appreciated that the owner let us stay past check in time free of charge.

The kettle was not automatic (had to put it on the stove to heat up). The pressure in the shower was not great. We were on the ground floor and could hear other guests coming in and out of the property at all hours. We were woken up several time in the middle of the night because of this.

Superb for an authentic, couple days stay

+ Super location, close to shops and bars, on a busier road so we always felt safe going back in the dark. Bus stop on the street and everything is in walkable distance. Finally a place with memory foam pillows! I always have neck problems but here I slept really good. Daily trash empty and making of bed, every 2 days they change towels. Has everything you need for a holiday - a full kitchen, full bathroom and large bedroom. As much as it is on a busy road, soundproof windows basically stop any traffic sound. Only motorcycles were a bit loud but takes about an hour to get used to them and you won’t notice them anymore. Easy check-in and check-out, lady even showed us to our room. - The door to the room didn’t feel secure enough for an accommodation where you share the corridor with multiple apartments. I understand from the host’s comments on other reviews that they are not changed due to keeping the originality of the accommodation. Walls are paperthin and even minimal talk from neighbours can be overheard.

The appartment has olive oil, salt, sugar and dish soap which is so nice not to have to buy it. The room was clean and cozy, towels were changed daily.

Pretty Appartment and good value for money

Beautiful appartments a bit outside the city but very well connected through multiple busses and the tram. Kitchen has everything you need and enough space for cooking and eating. Very clean.

As it is a typical Florentine building with high ceilings and thin walls it sadly was quite noisy from within the house (water flushing through the pipes, guests). The street noise was fine but sadly some of the other guests didn't behave respectfully e.g. talking and laughing in the hallway at late hours, stomping on the stairs or slamming the wooden entrance door at 5 in the morning when they checked in. Our room was right next to that door and it's nothing the owners could do anything for. There are multiple signs asking the guests to be quiet but I guess you have to be lucky who you are in the house with, but that counts for most accommodations.

It was a good stay, polite staff and had all necessary stuff required for a short stay including a small functional kitchen. Location was good.
