It was a great experience and i feel like its home away from home

Place is spacious and plenty of room for large family, Francesco and Stefano are very accommodating and felt very welcome to stay in their apartment.

Excellent location for a Florence stay

Lovely quiet location but only 15 min walk to the centre. Fabulous cafe 2 doors down from the apartment was a bonus. Plus a well stocked Conrad across the road.

Only thing I can think of is the a/c in the main room was not great. Bedroom was fine.

Huge and beautifully-decorated apartment in the Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence.

Huge and beautifully-decorated apartment in a quiet neighborhood across the river the central Florence and just outside of the ancient city wall. The air conditioning and clothes washer work great and each room is very comfortable and roomy. Location is perfect for those who want to be away from crowds and don't mind walking a bit to reach to restaurants and attractions. A continental breakfast is provided.

Most restaurants on this side of the river are down toward the Santo Spirito area, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment, and public transportation is limited in this area (although we didn't look into bus options). Be prepared for 30,000 step days if you stay here (which I, personally, don't mind at all).

Exceptional

Everything. Spacious, very authentic Italian furnishings, new bathroom, it has everything you need including a washing machine. It's so nice to have so many rooms than be in a small hotel or apartment plus three air conditioners. I will recommend Francesco to everyone we know coming to Florence. A 15 min walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio.

Great choice

Amazing place, exactly what we (family with teens and young children) were looking for. The location is optimal, 10 minutes walk from the city center (or a frequent bus from just across the corner), and a quiet neighborhood (with a nearby supermarket and bakery, and a fully equipped kitchen). Nothing was missing. The apartment was clean, big, and cosy, and the host, Francesco was great.

Superb

The house is big, the bathroom is brand new and there everything you may need for your stay. Francesco allowed us to leave our luggage after the check-out until noon, we really appreciate that!

The self-breakfast provided is a bit limited in variety, however for 1 or 2 days is ok. For a longer stay, more variety would be nice, like cheese, ham and bread, for example. Suggestion: The bedrooms are spacious and could have a console table or a luggage holder to put the bags.

One of the best findings on Booking!

Everything is perfect! The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully operational with all you a need to cook. The area is lovely, truly residential, with lovely coffee places and supermarket just steps away. Francesco was super understanding and kind with our odd hours. He left excellent and generous breakfast and great extras (tea, coffee, milk etc). We’ll def be back!

ruim appartement, heel erg mooi ingericht, zeker als je naar Florence komt voor renaissance gevoel. Heel leuk om gedekte ontbijt tafel te zien. 1 prachtige slaapkamer, denderen kamer, zonder ramen, duidelijk minder bijzonder.
