Fantastyczna lokalizacja! Szybki kontakt z właścicielami jak mieliśmy problem z drzwiami wejściowymi. Po 5min Właściciel przyszedł i pomógł nam otworzyć drzwi. Fantastyczną opieka z jego strony.

Domus San Frediano is brilliantly located for anyone spending a couple of days in Firenze. Located in a less touristy part of the city, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the central train station and many of the main cultural sights (including the Uffizi Gallery). It's all only a 2 minute walk to a very good pizzeria (Fermento 1889) and a well regarded traditional trattoria (Antico Ristoro di' Cambi ). The apartment is clean and tidy, and has all the facilities you need for a short break - including a fridge/freezer, kettle etc. There's definitely enough space for two couples or a family of four, and having two separate bathroom facilities is a huge bonus Instructions for getting into the building/apartment were clear and easy to follow and having the option to pay the required city tax online is appreciated. I'd very happily stay here again.

It's worth knowing that one bedroom faces onto the Borgo San Frediano street and can therefore be slightly noisier than the other/lets a little more light into the room. (But this wasn't an issue for us when staying over a weekend period.)

The code we got to open the box was incorrect, which caused us to lose a lot of time upon arrival, 23:30 PM, with two elderly people. I sent a message via Booking.com, but nobody answered, so I had to call several times to the phone number provided, which cost me money as it was an international call. Finally, after almost one hour, they told us the code was wrong and gave us the correct one.

Both beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was a horrible smell from the bathrooms, which they tried to cover up with lots of air fresheners, but you could still smell it. The sofa was ridiculously small and uncomfortable, even for one person, which made it impossible to relax and spend time in the living room. It would be helpful to indicate in the Booking.com description that the apartment is on the second floor and that it is accessed via narrow, unsafe stairs, which are not suitable for elderly people.
