Era muy auténtico, muy cómodo y muy bien localizado. Tenía todo lo necesario para poder tener una estancia agradable, estaba todo muy limpio, toallas perfectas y suficientes para los cuatro que íbamos y camas muy confortables. El apartamento tiene mucho encanto.
El calentador de agua no funciono bien en toda la semana, y aunque nos dijeron que iban a venir a arreglarlo no vinieron, tuvimos que estar reseteandolo casi en cada ducha y el último día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. Quitando este contratiempo todo estaba perfecto.

The hosts are wonderful and always willing to help with anything. The house is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. It also includes games for young children, and there are sports fields nearby. We stayed for only one day, but we left feeling that it was a shame we couldn’t stay longer.

L'emplacement est pratique pour découvrir le centre de Florence et la procédure d'arrivée est facile. Appartement calme et spacieux.
La clim à l'étage ne suffit pas à refroidir l'appartement, il faisait très chaud. La douche est très étroite et il faut se baisser pour accéder aux WC. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Le 3ème lit n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée malgré ce qui avait été vu au préalable. Le plafond de la chambre du fond part en miettes qui tombent sur le lit.
