Very bright apartment, completely renovated in 2014 with large living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, bedroom loft, 2 bathrooms. Wooden beams, hardwood floors, and fine details. Comfortable and quiet overlooking the rooftops of Florence and monuments (the Holy Spirit), third floor (no elevator), a ten-minute walk from the train station and the Cathedral, two minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher wi-fi and all you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The apartment is located in the district of S. Spirit (Oltrarno), one of the oldest parts of Florence. A few minutes walk from the central station, the main hub for all both train that using a bus to airports (Florence and Pisa) and other areas of interest. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants. In the surrounding streets there are many craft shops and antique shops.

Marvellous flat, very bright, fully renovated in 2013. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus one single bedroom in the attic, large living room and kitchen open on the living. Wood ceilings, hardwood floors, splendid view on the Holy Spirit. Third floor without lift. Ten minutes by foot from railway station Firenze Santa Maria Novella and from the Cathedral. Two minutes from Ponte Vecchio and from Palazzo Pitti. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, satellite TV, wi-fi and everything is needed to make your stay comfortable.
All the main touristic attractions are attainable by foot in a few minutes, as well as shops and restaurants. In the neighboring there are many characteristic artisanal shops and antique dealers.

The property is accurate as listed. It’s within a short walking distance to 20 restaurants and several gelaterias, cafes, and small groceries The apartment strikes a nice balance. It’s has a lot of old world charm, but also modern conveniences, like a washer. Although you can hear the vibrant street noise from the front noise at night. Both back bedrooms are insulated so that you can’t hear it at all.It was also well stocked and appointed. It included umbrellas, laundry detergent etc… Laura was very accommodating to our requests and very communicative through the whole process, including check-in. She showed us how to operate all the major Appliances. It was a great stay

The apartment is in the middle of Santo Spirito - a fun neighborhood where we enjoyed nearby restaurants with an easy stroll home. The apartment is spacious and lovely and close to Firenze Centro, so it made for easy sightseeing. Laura, our host, was lovely, and we had everyting we needed.

The location was fantastic with an easy to all the sites. The host was extremely accommodating and we were even able to stay an extra night after discovering that we had mistakenly set up our stay to end a day early. The air conditioning worked well and was a must with the hot summer weather. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is actually very convenient to everything in florence. It's also not super touristy so thats a plus! There are some great restaurants around there and the BEST Gelato place on the corner. The best we experienced in all of our Italy trip, verified by 3 kids. The house is comfortable and well stocked. It is up a few flights of stairs, but thats a common thing. The best part was the host - she was welcoming, gracious and extended us every courtesy.

This is a lovely apartment, just believe the ad when it mentions stairs. The apartment itself is very well-appointed and the location near Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace and Gardens cannot be beat. Easy walk to the busiest parts of Florence, but at a good distance from the crowds and traffic. I cannot praise our host enough- super available, super responsive to every question and request. Great place!!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything is just as described - very spacious, central location, quiet, and many nice amenities. We were very comfortable! There is a little store nearby, many restaurant choices and of course, all of Florence is easily walkable from the apartment. Communication with owner was always easy. We enjoyed our stay! We really loved our stay in the apartment near Santo Spirito. Daniele's mother greeted us warmly at the designated check in time, showed us around the apartment, and answered any questions we had. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The quintessential view of Florentine rooftops and the church visible through the living room window was charming. Florence was hot during our visit but the air-conditioning worked well and kept us cool after a long day of sight-seeing. We appreciated being close enough to all the main sights, but loved the location in a less touristy and more residential neighborhood. Piazza Santo Spirito was bustling with vendors during the day and offered a variety of restaurants very close by. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Florence again. Check out the nearby Bardini Gardens- a hidden gem that offers spectacular views of the city that many locals don't even know about!

Easily accessible from the Firenze railway station, this apartment was breezy and exuded a truly artisan vibe with all the comforts of home - a good thing, after the tight turning climb to the 3rd floor! We were met by Dani's friendly and very helpful mother who provided us a great run down on the workings of the apartment and some useful tips on getting around town. The apartment had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedrooms. It was very relaxing at the end of busy days seeing the wonderful sights of Florence on foot. Elderly or infirmed visitors would need to consider the 3 storey climb to the apartment, however this did not effect our overall view of our stay. We had a wonderful time, in wonderful lodgings and would recommend the apartment to families for their stay.

A well equipped apartment which was an excellent base for our short stay in Florence. Booking and arrangements were very straight forward and we appreciated the help given regarding the car parking. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and found the apartment very clean with everything we needed. The apartment is a very short walk from the main tourist attractions, which meant our mornings were spent sightseeing and in the heat of the afternoon we returned to the air conditioned apartment before venturing out in the evening again. Everything you need is nearby, small supermarket, bakery and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be booking this apartment again when we return to Florence.

We just left Florence for Venice. We loved Florence and the stay Dani's apartment was lovely. The apartment is close to many things--restaurants, markets, gelato and of course the sites! Dani was very quick to respond to me in all of our emails and when I needed help to call a taxi for our departure he took care of it immediately. The woman who checked us in was very helpful as well with the apartment and with directions around. Piazza de Santo Spirito is right around the corner! Osteria de Santo Spirito was a great restaurant--delicious!

We were very happy with this apartment--it was nice, clean, and in a great location for us! There were 3 single adults staying here, so one of us stayed up in the loft area. The loft area has a bed that was comfortable enough for me, though I'm not too picky. It also has a small desk and not much privacy. We spent so little time in the apartment, that did not bother me. Otherwise, there are two regular bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is attached to a bedroom, so it's not easily accessible if the person in that bedroom likes their privacy! The pictures on the website accurately depict the apartment. The view from the living room windows was great! The area was nice, and had some really good restaurants nearby, as well as a little square that got pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Our only real complaint would be that the showers. The water pressure was weak, and the shower in the main bathroom is tiny. Also, there were two shower heads in that shower--a regular overhead and a smaller adjustable one, but the main overhead one did not function.

My wife and I just returned from this amazing apartment after renting it for 6 days. We could not have asked for a better experience (except maybe the weather!). Everything in the apartment is either new or a few years old. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need for complete meals, although we never cooked while there. The beds are comfortable. My wife had family from Italy stay with us one night and they raved about the good night's sleep that they had in the master bed. We wound up just staying in the 2nd bedroom the entire week and it was also very comfortable. Water pressure fine and plenty of Hot water. As for the area, you could not ask for much more. Up the block from Piazza, 5 minutes to Santa Trinita Bridge, less than 10 minutes to Ponte Veccio and the Uffizzi. Plenty of local restaraunts, a café across the street and also on the corner for morning cappuccino's. Nice and quiet at night except for Saturday night, which you would expect. Owner and her son promptly answered any and all of our questions before arrival and were at the apartment to let us in when we arrived. All in all a GREAT apartment for Value, Location and Convenience. Your only regret will be leaving here, not staying here.

We had the pleasure of staying at Daniele’ beautiful apartment in Florence. She was wonderful to deal with, she was very responsive to my emails and helpful upon arrival recommending great spots to eat and explore. The house is located in an ideal location, just outside of the tourist area but still within about 10 minutes from all the major attractions. Got to experience the local Florence feel this way and not in the tourist trap for restaurants/shops. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and exactly as described and pictured; ideal for 3 couples. Even though there are only 2 bedrooms, the living room with pull out, bed, and loft with another single have a door so it does provide for privacy from the other 2 bedrooms. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here if in Florence. We would love to come back one day.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement de Firenze avec nos 3 filles de 6, 11 et 14 ans. L'appartement est confortable, propre, et près de tout: nous nous sommes déplacés partout à pied! L'air climatisé était ESSENTIEL et très apprécié puisqu'il a fait 39 degrés tous les jours! Le quartier est très agréable, avec pleins de bons restaurants autour. Je recommande fortement cet appartement à tous!

Our stay in Florence was wonderful and the memories, priceless! The apartment was everything we had hoped it would be and more, being so well positioned it was central to all we wanted to see and do and with the pasticceria across the road it was a delicious start to each morning. The only downside was we didn't have enough time in this fantastic city. This is a lovely light apartment, very clean and with lovely roof-top views from the living/dining room. My wife and myself took our son and his friend (both 17) and we enjoyed a lovely week in Florence. The apartment is situated just south of the river, in a lovely relaxed (quite bohemian area), which has plenty of shops (food and otherwise in the same street). We all had a fantastic week, and the apartment was a great base for all the trips we wanted to make - Uffizi, Accademia, Duomo, Pitti Palace etc etc (all a short walk away). The booking process etc couldn't have been easier - thank you, and we hope very much to return soon. Roger and family

Great apartment in a great location

I spent a very enjoyable week in the apartment. I’ve not stayed in the Oltrarno before, but the location was perfect. It's an easy walk to sights on both sides of the river and many good restaurants. There’s a great forno (bread and focaccia bakery) across the street, a Conad just down the street and even a shop selling vino sfuso (table wine on tap) nearby. The living room and kitchen are in one large open space, but they feel divided by the entry and loft. Bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, so they get none of the slight street noise that can sometimes be heard in the living room. While the apartment is close to busy Piazza Santo Spirito, noise from there was never a problem. The owner Daniele made it easy to reserve the apartment and to settle in for my stay. I was very pleased with the apartment in terms location, size, layout and cleanliness, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
