We absolutely loved the apartment and its location. Our family of four was very comfortable, and the team was excellent with communication, providing everything we needed throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return and enjoy more time at Deservi Apartments!

This was one of the absolute best places we have ever stayed at. The communication was great, and you can’t beat the location. It’s a block away from the Duomo, and right next door to a grocery store. Everything was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend it here!

We had a great stay at Deservi Apartments and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Florence. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Florence Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the Statue of David and many of the city's other major attractions. It was so central and easy to find that we rarely needed to use our maps once we had arrived. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, close to midnight. Despite the late hour, a member of staff kindly waited for us for a small additional fee and greeted us with a warm smile. After a long day of travelling, we really appreciated how welcoming and friendly they were, and they made our late check-in completely stress-free. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Despite being in such a central location, it was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Florence. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a convenient base in Florence. The fantastic location, clean and modern apartment, and genuinely welcoming staff made for a very enjoyable stay. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Florence.
