The property was well located close to Pont Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti & other tourist landmarks. The apartment was generous in size with large bedrooms & both bedrooms had air conditioning. The host Carolina was very responsive, polite & helpful with any requests. Carolina’s pdf guide provided helpful tips for our stay in Florence.
The bathroom is dated & could do with some improvements. The cold water in the shower had weak pressure but the hot water & pressure were very good.

Awesome location, quaint, vintage 13th century apartment.
No aircon in living room, so had to drag the sofa cum bed mattress to one of the 2 bedrooms for the 5th person to sleep, as extremely hot. Perhaps a few more coffee / sugar / creamer would have been nice. Shower is quite moody, too hot or too cold and no pressure on cold. 2nd bathroom shower is closed off. Bathroom ventilation fan not working.

Only Location.
Airconditioning only in one bedroon. The sofa, carpet and dinning chairs were dirty with stains also the walls have marks from squashed mosquitos. The apartment needs maintenance which was very disappointing.
