Del Giglio's Luxury apartment in Piazza della Signoria

The location was amazing, even though you had to climb several flights of stairs with luggage to get up to the room. It was worth it! The host had bottles of still and sparkling water waiting for use in the room. The bedrooms and baths were beautiful, clean and neat. Definitely lives up to the "Luxury" label

Air Conditioning and hot water did not work at all the 1st night, but the host got it fixed the next day, and the rest of the stay was AMAZING!

The property was amazing, we were 6 people and it was big enough. It had 3 bedrooms which were big and spacious and also the 3 bathrooms were great each of them. The location was on top, everything was accessible by foot.🥰

The only thing were the stairs that were a bit tiring but in general everything was excellent

Cute, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the close proximity of the property to restaurants and the Uffizi!

I know the 4 flights of stairs may deter some, but it adds an old-world charm to the property that I appreciated!

The location is great, though I feel like anywhere in Florence is great and close to everything. The apartment is spaciou and was perfect for our family with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone.

The place was very dusty and dirty and overall not well kept. All the furniture is stained and gross to the point you second guess sitting on them. Everything seemed to have a layer of grime on it, as if the cleaning crew just does not do their job. The bedrooms and bathrooms has dust, dirt and hair piles behind the doors. It was really gross. This place has potential but the lack of cleanliness is very off-putting. Also this place has beds for 8 but only 4 mugs, 4 bowls etc. it's really confusing because that's such an easy fix. Lastly, the washer had some mold in it and there was no way to dry the clothes. We had to complain to get a drying rack that was in the original listing as being available.
