The whole room was very good and very clean and great location near everything in town.

The stairs that leads to it. There should be an indication that there are very steep stairs and its very narrow. I have a surgery done in my hand not long ago and I was forced to carry all the big suitcases on one hand and it is very narrow that you have a tendancy to injure yourself while carrying.

The location is perfect, Duomo and Uffizzi is like in 2-3 mins walk, as well as Medichi Palace, in front of the apartment is Carefour, places to eat, souvenir shops and etc. It’s also close(15-20 mins walk) to Santa Maria Novella station. Beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean(5/5).

You have to be ready that as it is located in center, on a pretty crowded street it’s noisy till late night(especially uncomfortable for those who are sensitive sleepers, as me, it would be better to have earplugs). The stairs. You have to go upstairs by very uncomfortable stairs. For us there were nobody to help with our luggages neither while checkin nor while check-out, so we had to do it ourselves(which was kind a quest). Plus we asked for two separate beds, but the stuff organized only the big one (for two people) the small bed wad just covered with clean linen, there wasn’t even pillow. They bring the cover(bedsheet) after arguing with the them, also the stuff answers to the massages quite late.

The property was centrally located and easy to access.

The property is outdated and needs a refresh for the price you pay. The kitchen is not well stocked with crockery, pots and pans and there was no drying cloths and one dish washer cube for a week’s stay. No soap in the bathroom shower dispenser. They did not supply enough toilet paper and we had to getyour own.

It was very basic but clean and functional right in central Firenza.If noise is a problem for you go to a 5 star hotel
