Very large rooms and we had a great stay.
Difficult to work out how to control air conditioning, it was literally freezing all night

This apartment is in a fantastic location for the best attractions in Florence. It was clean, well furnished and the owners were extremely helpful.
The second 'bathroom' does not contain a shower or bath, just a toilet and handbasin. The dishwasher wasn't working, but the owners did tell us before we arrived.

Location
Noise. The vents of the whole building are somehow super noisy and they turn on when someone from other apartments is using the bathroom. So they turn on and make alful noise during the night which wakes you up even if the windows are closed
