Nice apartment, close to all the attractions in the heart of town

Location was great, very central to all the sights and main center. Very unique apartment on the 5th floor

There was no mention of the 7 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, (no lift)

A Fine apartment. Equipped kitchen, fabulous location

Fransesca was AMAZING! Sooo helpful in every way! With our change of plans in arriving a day later to helping us to get back to the airport. I can’t say enough how invaluable this was for us.

Great apartment in Florence!

Beautiful, cozy apartment with everything we needed. The host was amazing—she even provided a cot for my little one and quickly upgraded us to a larger apartment when our original booking was unavailable. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!”

Beautiful, cozy, clean and spacious for a family

We lovedddddd this property. The apt was clean and close to the train station, duomo and David museum. All walking distance to everything. The owners waited for us at the door to make sure we were able to get into the apt without a problem.

I loved the cleanliness of the apt but it really had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 with a baby and there’s nothing I could say the apt was missing. Loved the body mirror to check outfits (lol) the laundry was used and worked perfectly fine, ac was cold, after a long day the kids would go watch tv and relax on the sofa… they thought of everything. And I’m glad there was a real blow dryer not a commercialized one. The travel one I brought stopped working and theirs came in handy.

Lovely location for a short stay

Fabulous location and a nice size for a small family

The air con wasn’t really able to cool the apartment, there is only one unit shared between the living room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and the bathroom, so that area especially was warm

Great two bedroom apartment with good facilities (iron, hairdryer, toaster, cooker, fridge, washing machine etc). Comfortable beds, clean and great central location close to lots of attractions.

Absolutely loved this place! Very spacious and the AC worked well. It was very hot outside so it wasn’t nice to have a place to come back to and cool off. Right near the cathedral so amazing location.

If I had to be picky the shower was quite small but otherwise we loved it.

Great location in the heart of Florence

Location was excellent. Property was very clean. Francesca's communications were prompt and very detailed, particularly how to enter the property and it's location in Florence

The lightening in the bedroom could have been brighter. Several of the electric sockets were loose in the wall. Advertising of the property should make it clear that the property is on third floor and lot of steps. OK for us but an elderly person would struggle.

Many stairs, quirky little place in super location but rental standards lower than pictures suggest.

The location was superb, and the double bed was large and comfortable. Had a quirky charm. Very easy upon arrival.

71 steps up to the apartment, not mentioned. So imagine the delight of turning up with a family member who has MS and needs a walking stick. Could never have booked had we known. Only 1 mirror above bathroom sink in entire apartment. Not rental clean, felt more like a friend had let us crash, and they only had time to clean the things they saw. Very noisy floors up on the mezzanines and very little privacy and would not recommend for small children. Twin beds need tightening as metal frames are loose and close to falling so very noisy. Would prefer clothes storage up in the bedrooms, as there is plenty of room, and not down in kitchen and lounge.

Fantastic Apartment by a great host.

Cleanness , location , well equipped kitchen, huge bedrooms. Location was amazing just right by the Duomo, 10 minutes walk by all famous museums , River ride, … the host was supper kind , they welcomed us by complimentary bottle of wine.

Stairs :( we were on 4th floor and had to pull up our luggages but it was a one time thing so we didn’t mind.

Great location, modern & comfortable apartment, attentive and helpful host.

Location, apartment was modern and organized well, air conditioning and nice and attentive host Francesca. Check-in and check-out were also easy.

That we were not told about the dishwasher not working and that the new one had to be installed while we were there. That caused one full plus day of a very bad smell in the apartment. Like sewage. In reporting it, we were given a deodorizing spray, which helped but did not remove the smell. We sprayed it constantly. I am surprised that no discount or true apology for the inconvenience for a day was applied. Attention for those that have tall members in their families, ceilings are low in the bedrooms.
