The views were beautiful, great location and picturesque setting. The restaurant is well worth a visit.
Mosquitoes in the room. Double check dietary requirements as there was a slight mix up over the gluten free breakfast- some confusion over what was included and what was extra.

Beautiful old buildings and art throughout the property, and an excellent breakfast. Very nice views of Florence.
The property surrounding the hotel is kind of run-down and unkept, but the hotel was very nice and clean.

Very peaceful location.
Room (that was supposed to be a deluxe apartment) was very dark and dated. The area around the apartment was very overgrown and flowerpots were full of weeds. The window to the seating area was cracked. Bathroom was dated and grubby. Not what I would call deluxe. Staff were friendly enough. Good breakfast.
