A perfect place to explore Tuscany!

Would be a good stay with younger kids. Nice pool and some farm animals.

Clean facilities and good breakfast. Staff friendly.

Communication was a bit difficult. Uber couldn’t find the location and even with rental car wasn’t super convenient to get into Florence. Power went out the morning we were checking out.

Comfort and history all wrapped into one. Great place.

Excellent and informative staff. Exceptional breakfast. Located 7 minutes from a local train station that takes you directly into the Centre of Florence and has free parking. Grounds and pool were perfect! It was built in the1600's, so you experience local culture, history and comfort here.

We did appreciate very much the beauty of the area and the property combined with outstanding level of maintenance and management, friendly attitude and calmness. Definitely a place to stay and recommend.

Wonderful place and great location from where to see Florence and surrounding area.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious (suitable for 3 persons) with good beds, a sufficiently large bathroom and closet space. There was a swimming pool (which we did not use due to our short stay, but for longer stays it can be good to have it available. There was a tram station nearby (around 4km away) with free parking from where one could travel into the centre of Florence.

The room had air-conditioning, but our AC-unit was faulty; it worked, but was not able to provide sufficient cooling and it took the whole night to reach a comfortable temperature. It was not possible to have it fixed on such short notice, but our host did not hesitate to agree with us leaving the unit on for the duration of our stay so the room could remain at a comfortable temperature.

It’s a really peaceful place and easy to go to the centre of Florence with the TRAM. Everybody was so nice and professional. The breakfast is handmade and good. Better to have a car as there is mot so much in walking distance.

It is an amazing place I would recommend to everyone, very helpful owner, nice and clean room/bathroom, big and green yard with playground, swimming-pool, sunbeds, chairs and tables, animals to see/play with. Breakfast was delicious.

I'm a country girl so I was quite happy there. City people maybe not?

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Adriana works very hard to make it an all around enjoyable experience. Gianna is so nice, she takes care of the kitchen and colazione (Breakfast) and it always looked amazing with a nice variety. The dining room was always clean with plenty of tables. You can spend hours looking at the bird aviary, rabbits and chickens. It is outside of the city which makes it peaceful and quiet, but only a short drive to the city. (5 minutes to Scandicci and if you wanted to drive into Firenze only about 15 minutes.) Easy day trips to explore all of northern Toscana. We went to Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Vinci, Volterra and San Gimignano. We had a car so it was easy to get around.

I didn't have much time to just relax. I will do that next time. It is not walkable, or in the city center where some people would like to hang out. Personally for me, that is NOT a bad thing.

Superb and situated in best location of Florence

Everything was first class. The property owners are among the best I have met ever. Super friendly and helpful. Also the view from room terrace was breathtaking. Loveed the hospitality and the breakfast was fabulous. Very much recommend 🥰 it also equipped with swimming pool if that what you prefer.

No downfalls just one thing to remember, if you go after 11 p.m and it's Saturday or Sunday please be aware off not transportation to the porperty and have to walk around 2-3 km uphill.

Lovely staff and animals

The lady that checked us in was so sweet and friendly (thank goodness for her app to translate) - she also made the lovely cake that was served at breakfast! Also, the waitress who served breakfast was very helpful (excellent English). Lots of choice at breakfast. The animals outside are great fun and really the main reason I booked this particular property! About 15 min drive into Florence. Although the property is in the middle of nowhere, our SatNav (GPS) took us straight to the door.

Shower cubicle was a bit small with a curtain, not glass door.

A truly wonderful experience in every way!

My wife and I liked everything about our stay at Agriturismo Villa Guarnaschelli from the location, the lovely setting, the beautiful facility, comfortable and quiet room and excellent breakfast. It was all wonderful and Adrianna could not have been a better hostess - personal, polite and so helpful! We give at 10 rating, and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, charming Tuscan atmosphere, a taste of the Real Tuscany but a few miles from central Florence. Helpful, friendly staff. Descent breakfast. Overall definitely recommended.

Something of a lack of facilities like a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Its possible to ask the hotel to make a coffee but its chargeable. Also the relative remoteness makes it difficult if you don't have a car. We relied on taxis to take us into central Florence (about €33 each way on average) and takeaway food for our evening meal. Not major complaints, just people ought to be aware.

Nice facility and good service, but you should be a confident driver

Excellent breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Spacious room, very comfy bed and pillows. The facility is well maintained and clean. We could ask for bottles of local wines and enjoy in our room at end of the day. The station for the tram train going to the center of Florence is a short drive.

Spacious bathroom, but limited place to hang and dry the towels, similar to many of the accommodations in Italy. The location seems close to the highway, but it’s actually pretty tricky to reach the main roads. Since there is no dinner service onsite, you have to drive always, because there is no way to walk in the area.
