It was really pleasure days for resting out of the city.

The House was really a new experience for us. We have never been in Toscan house, before☺️. They prefered our late night arrival as well. The area of the house, introduction, and guiedence from Marco was really great!😊 The house was a bit cold for us at the arrival ( 22.Oct), but rooms can heated very well with aircondition. The external massage bath also really good idea after the long tour in Pisa and Firenze. The rooms, bathrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is perfect. So we used the house as is, and we should stay more days 😉

Our welcoming was very well done. The hosts were friendly and informative. Communicating through Whatsapp was good and they replied fast. They also even provided a baby bed and baby chair after the booking, which shows their flexibility. However, we believe that a couple of things can be improved. There was a musty smell in the house and the absence of basic equipment to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. Like, enough toilet paper, kitchen paper, olive oil, a clean sponge, small vaccumcleaner, coffee and garbage bags. We stayed for 7 nights, but the house was not cleaned during our stay. The beds were not the most comfortable. The pictures might deceive the impression of the house a bit, because in reality everything feels and looks older. Having the jacuzzi was nice. The location we also very liked, close to the center with car!

- Very far from town - Very high to go up walking - Gas was not filled the day we arrive and we have to wait until we discover it

We loved the terrace and the view. It’s very spacious and everything you need is provided. The owner is very caring.

First it was a bit chilly downstairs since the weather has been colder than usual. But with blankets and turning the heater up it got comfortable.

The best location and host of the Florence.

Place is situated little out of town in the nicest of locations in Florence. The host Irene helped us throughout the stay and is genuinely one of the nicest and generous people we met in Italy. Highly recommend this place. Definitely coming again, but next time with own vehicle.

Нам очень понравилось жить на этой вилле. Она находится в черте города Флоренция, имеет собственную парковку, по центра можно также добрать на трамвае или даже пешком. Мы были зимой и в доме было очень тепло и комфортно. Хорошая кухня с набором посуды и всего необходимого для приготовления еды. Гостиная, где мы проводили вечера небольшая, но для компании из 4 -х человек комфортная. Спальни находятся на 2-ом этаже. У главной спальни свой санузел с душевой кабиной, у второй отдельная большая ванная комната с ванной. Кровать удобная. Ночью было очень тихо. Возможно небольшим затруднением будет лестница на второй этаж, так как она достаточно крутая и длинная. На все наши просьбы о обращения хозяин реагировал моментально, что очень нас порадовало. Прекрасные и удобные апартаменты.
