The Torre del Cestello had the "Room with a View" (complete with garden below) that I had been dreaming of for my first visit to Florence. The desk staff were all pleasant, helpful, and set me up with a map and suggestions when I checked in. There was easy access in and out of the room. Quiet but incredibly convenient location.

Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time.
Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly.
Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily.
Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all.
Strongly recommend for this place.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodated an early check in after our arrival from Rome.
Hotel was centrally located, room was nice enough and exactly what we needed.
Bed was comfortable, and had a few good nights sleep.
Power sockets were a slight issue, having to charge my phone in the bathroom was less than ideal!
Would recommend!
