El apartamento es cĆ³modo y se llega en muy pocas paradas de bus al centro. Sitios cerca para desayunar y comprar en supermercado.
Algo mas de equipamiento en cocina, cafetera por ejemplo.

The property was modern, very clean, very comfortable and very secure.
Location was really good, an easy 7 minutes bus ride to the centre.
The owner, Luca, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and gave a lot of good advice re sightseeing, etc.
The apartment is on the second floor, but the owner helped us to get our luggage up and down the stairs (if not, we would really have had a problem as we are 82 and 79 years old).
Fortunately the stairs were very easy.
Also, contrary to the info, there was no washing machine.

Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Very well thought through everything to make the place comfortable. Great tv programs, nice kitchen, clean and Luca himself was very friendly. Thank you Luca to make our experience a great one in Florence! šš
If there is any suggestion would be a shelf in the shower to put the soap and shampoo on. Another suggestion is to have the TV in the dining area instead of the bedroom or have a second one there.
