A perfect apartment in Florence
The apartment was so spacious and big. It’s a fully functional apartment good for family and friends. The host is very friendly. Check in and out was very easy and fast.
The shower rooms were too small but okay.

Staff very friendly , family lacks baggage storage and shower place very small for an adult to be comfortable
The support from the staff on the mobile was good , the service to repair the bathroom door was prompt on feedback
One of the biggest fallout is that there is no luggage storage capability , you have to arrive exactly at the checkin time else you have store the luggage somewhere else at a cost that can land with 10€ per bag

A Spacious apartment in a good location
A very nice apartment, with 3 good size bedrooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the central station. Good communications with the host. Well equipped kitchen with washing machines and tumble dryer.

Close to the main locations. Garage available - perfect advantage! Big apartment, but only one bedroom has a full bed 140cm, others have twin beds which doesn’t work as double beds as they always move. 3 toilettes.
Extremely tiny bathrooms, and very small showers. Also it was not warm enough, as the temperature sensor is placed in the warmest place of the apartment, so in bedrooms it is much colder. Slow internet speed.
