Great Location

The location was perfect, very close to the train station and many of the sights! The home was very clean and the bedrooms are large. Our group of 4 fit comfortably. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The property management clearly communicated the arrival and departure procedure, there was no difficulties locating and entering the home. They were very responsive when we left a pair of gloves; the cleaners found them and they were confirmed to be mailed to our next location in Italy.

We LOVED it here! The location is perfect! Can easily walk to all the main attractions! The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! A+++

Perfect for family stay in Florence

The unit is so lovely and the location is ultra-convenient. The host’s directions were clear and check-in was very easy. Very clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of 7. We would return and strongly recommend to anyone who is coming to Florence and wants an Instagram-able, reasonably priced accommodation!

Excellent apartment in the historic heart of Florence

Outstanding location right in the heart of the historic district, literally steps from major monuments with shops and restaurants (and the leather market) right out the front door! The two bathrooms worked great for our party of six. Bedrooms were large and spacious.

The living area was a little tight for our party of six since we had two people sleeping on the pullout sofa. This place would probably be more comfortable for a group of 4.

Fantastic location! So central to everything. Lovely big rooms, comfortable big double beds, big bathrooms and super clean.

Toilet paper in bathrooms was in short supply.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT- The owner tried to bribe us for a positive review.

The location was good, close to main attractions, restaurants and shops.

The apartment was not clean and the washing machine was not functional. We had no hot water and contacted the property manager to be told that it would take a few days. No showering or water pressure. We asked for a refund for the 3 days that we had to find alternative accommodation for. They agreed. On our last night in Florence we contacted the property checking when the refund would be transferred. We were told this was now not going to happen. Back and forth correspondence between the owner and us…long and short of it - he agreed to pay a portion of the original agreed amount on the condition that we gave a 100% review on booking.com etc! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - THE OWNER WAS INTIMIDATING AND A LIER! He tried to bribe us with a partial refund (significantly less that what we lost in paying for double the accommodation) and then never paid us any refund leaving us significantly out of pocket!

This was a beautiful place to stay. I loved the high ceilings, air conditioning in all the rooms, two bathrooms, great location, quiet at night, clean and nice decor. It is the best apartment of our trip so far. Highly recommend.

brilliant location! good facilities, 2 bathrooms were handy

absolutely brilliant location! easy to walk all over beautiful Florence from this apartment. access via two small flights of stairs and there is a lift. lots of bars and restaurants nearby (but not noisy), we loved every minute!

the ‘blue’ bedroom needs a full length mirror. it felt very much like the second bedroom/catering for kids but 3 adults shared the apartment and so needed a full length mirror in there

There is nowhere to leave you bags when you check out. The only option offered was a bag minding service at 5 Euro per bag. Not great if you arrive will lots of small bags.

Big apartment near everything

Very large apartment not far from train station and walking distance from attractions, many supermarkets and shops nearby, very kind owner who let’s us drop our luggage before check in time, enough space for 6 persons, well equipped kitchen, clean apartment and especially small lift for our heavy luggage

Excellent location, right in the heart of Florence, close to shops, sights, restaurants. Lovely apartment, clean and spacious with large modern bathrooms. Kitchen has dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Owner was friendly and very helpful - information folder a bonus.

Bed in the living room encroaches into the kitchen. Need to supply a few more drinking glasses and pillows.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Florence

Perfect location! Close to places of interest and good restaurants! Good garage close by for those who is traveling by car. Spacious and very clean, brand new apartment. Host was very helpful and responsive, it was very nice from his side to let us check-in and check out at the comfortable for us times.
