Great Location so close to all the sites, the courtyard is a bonus to have in a city. sun trap between 10 - 12.

The location was the best thing. 2 mins walk to Duomo. The apartment we got was on the ground floor and very spacious. All the rooms had ensuite bathrooms.
The kitchen was small but well
equipped.
Wonderful stay !!!
One of the bedrooms had stairs so carrying suitcases upstairs was difficult. Also that same room had a very tiny shower cubicle.
But that room had a gym. So that made up for the negatives

Exceptional communication and follow up with the hosts. Property location is superb as well as the home overall.
Only challenge was heating as some guests shared their rooms were cold despite asking and having the heating turned up. Heating was controlled by the property management firm and set to heat at predetermined times.

Centrally located in Florence close to everything and had separate spaces for each group member with bathroom. needs updating and some tlc this is a great place to stay everything is walkable including the train station
Needs updated in most areas the garden tent was unusable holes in screens and so many mosquitos needed cleaned up chairs etc not wiped off the bathrooms in all rooms need updated villa garden bathroom with tub and separate shower was very dangerous as water went everywhere
