Great Place to stay and had an Awesome Florence trip

"We had an amazing time! The duplex apartment were spacious and clean, with great décor and very comfortable beds. Ms. Francesca was very friendly, co-operative and informative, going out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. She guided us whenever we had any queries. The kitchen had all the utensils, crockery and appliances. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay,".

A cute apartment in the heart of Florence. Restaurants and a grocery store steps away.

The apartment was in a good location for visiting the highlights of Florence. It was room enough for us 4 adults and 2 children. There were two lofts with a queen bed in one and two twins in the second. The pull out couch on the lower level was comfortable. We appreciated having an efficient washing machine available. It was a cute place for sure. Owner's manual/suggestions left on the kitchen table was helpful.

It was up many flights of stairs and we had a decent amount of luggage to drag up.

The flight of stairs to the apartment is challenging with heavy or bulky luggage. The mattress needs to be changed as 1 part of it already sink in. Apartment a little dated

Great Location, next to the Duomo

We loved staying here, you're just steps away from the Duomo and right in the heart of Florence. The apartment was clean, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up: it's on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. But the views and the location absolutely make it worth it. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and centrally located

It was a very comfortable property for four people, it was clean, and comfortable with a great central location close to many of the sights, shops, restaurants, the Duomo, and museums. The host/owner was excellent, responsive and very helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay.

The property is at the top of the building and up a number of staircases and does not have an elevator making it difficult to carry heavy luggage unless you are physically fit. The shower was smaller than expected making it difficult for anyone over average height and size to use. The shower water pressure was also low and showers took longer than normal as a result. There is room in the bathroom to put a larger shower enclosure in and also a shower pump to increase the pressure would help.

Close to everything! Nice, clean attractive apartment. Very comfortable for my family of 3 college aged children and myself. Everyone had their own bed and I felt comfortable with the safety of the location

A lot of stairs to get up to apartment, especially if carrying luggage. Also a hike through cobbled streets with luggage to train station or taxi. As long as you know this and are in shape to carry things up the stairs and through the streets, it’s a great place to stay.

Maisonette type Room: Excellent location to the touristic spots and good restaurants, specious, Comfortable, I loved to hear the church bell,

Cardio-challenging stairs with suitcases. The shower unit was rather small but probably local standard..(?) When we arrived, there were some dirty dishes left in the dish washer, made us disappointed.

Excellent location, had everything we needed and was clean. Some excellent restaurants on the street around the room as well.

The only negative was it can be noisy with what we think was a neighbouring air conditioning unit making a lot of noise outside of the bedroom window.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Florence. A view of the Duomo from the window. As the name of the apartment states " super chic" Very comfortable to return to after a long day visiting Museums. Would definitely recommend. Communication was perfect didn't have to wait at all to pick up keys. Thanks

Agradável e muito bem localizado

A localização, sem dúvida. Estar no coração de Florença, numa rua com excelentes restaurantes, gelataria e supermercado mesmo ao lado da porta.

O facto de ser um quarto andar sem elevador dificulta um pouco com 3 crianças, carrinho, e malas. São 70 degraus. Mas, para quem quer subir a cúpula de Florença (463!!) é uma ótima preparação!

Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città, appartamento ben fornito, bottiglia di vino in omaggio molto gradita Struttura molto consigliata se non vi affatica fare qualche piano di scale, appartamento accogliente

Struttura poco insonorizzata, sia con l’esterno, sia con gli altri appartamenti del palazzo Bagno scomodo e piccolo Scala all’interno dell’appartamento forse un po’ pericolosa in quanto molto vicina al letto Non siamo riusciti ad usare il televisore
