Great location but furnishings and fixtures could be improved. A little pricey.

Location was great ! Lots of activities and places to visit.

No lift ( as historic building and we were at the top floor), hot water didn’t last long enough for family of 4. But Saman was great helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure

Great place, centrally located, but too many stairs.

This was an apartment with one bedroom, a living room/dining room Kitchen combination. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was very clean with comfortable beds. Location was in the middle of everything. There were restaurants right on the street next door, which was very handy when we would come home tired, and just stop at one of the restaurants before going up to our apartment.

Everything that the host had control of, was perfect, but being right in the center of everything comes with it's problems. The city noise was very disruptive to us when trying to sleep. There were venders nearby that would drag there carts past our windows late at night and early in the morning. Also, I was told it was a two flight walk up, but from the ground floor, it was actually a 4 flight walk up! It was way too difficult for me, and if I knew it was 4 flights I wouldn't have booked it.

Very nice, centrally located apartment, not too noisy

Location is great, walking distance from everything. Despite it is centered the noise is not too much from the streets, also they have double windows so the room was pretty quiet to sleep. Mateo and Saman helped me with everything, my luggage thru the stairs for example. The apartment is nice you have everything to stay for a short to medium stay.

As this is not a hotel, you need to wait a bit for the owner to answer — it’s not immediate. But he was always happy to help me.

We loved the location, the apartment and the staff!

Palazzo Bianchini is great! The location can’t be beat. Minutes on foot to the train station and many attractions such as the central market, the Duomo, Uffizi, Accademia and Ponte Vecchio. There are many great restaurants and bars literally right outside the property. The staff were super helpful. Saman, who lives on the property, was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. We stayed in the Leonardo apartment, which was perfect for a couple. The rooms are of ample size and the little kitchen was good to have.

There was very little we didn’t like. We had a few minor inconveniences, such as the air conditioner dripping and the coffee maker not working, but these were very quickly fixed! Also, the shower in Leonardo is a bit small. If you’re a large person, it might be tight.

Amazing Stay in Florence

Amazing location. Historic building. Apartment was very spacious and as described. No elevator per the description and an employee graciously assisted with carrying my bag. Very easy to navigate from the train station. In proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

Fabulous stay in a great property

A really lovely apartment in the UNESCO-protected part of the old town. We stayed on the third floor (no lift), which wasn’t a problem for us. The accommodation has a charming old-world style that we absolutely loved. The hosts were wonderful and are in the process of renovating apartments, but our space was already very comfortable and perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance of the main attractions. We didn’t use the kitchen much apart from the fridge, but the restaurant just below is excellent, and the Mercato nearby is fabulous for breakfast. A special mention to Signorvino by Ponte Vecchio, which was a brilliant recommendation from our hosts.

One night there was a pro Palestine march an it did feel like it was all happening inside the apartment, evening being on the third floor. So maybe the windows/shutters need attention BUT tbh this isn’t a deal breaker as this wouldn’t be happening all the time

Ideal location, spotlessly clean with an attentive and kind host.

This is an exceptional property in a perfect location. A stone's throw away from the Duomo and close to lots of fantastic night life. The host is excellent and speaks perfect English. He is a true gentleman and not only recommended amazing places to eat, he also gave us a great tip regarding buses to Siena. We really enjoyed our stay in Firenze and would highly recommend this host. He also has another property in Siena so do ask about this before booking your onward trip here if you plan to do so.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location.

Excellent location in the centre of everything. Good check in experience. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a family of 4 and the sofabed had been made up for us and we appreciated that. Even though it was a heatwave we were able to keep the apartment cool. I would stay here again if I visit Florence.

Everything was good. One morning there was a bad smell in the entire building but it had gone by the afternoon. There are quite a lot of stairs to the apartment but that was fine for us.

Our stay at this place was fantastic and gave us so much joy and peace

The location is perfect and the apartment itself is amazing for a family stay. It’s very close Duomo, Uffizzi gallery and all the main attractions. I loved that there is a living room and the bedroom, which provide some privacy. The communication and service was perfect, Saman helped us very much with our early check-in etc routine issues.

I didn’t like the smell that was present in the bedroom. I am not sure is it just humidity from the bathroom, or just old building or pigeons that are possibly present in the inner yard and other surfaces. The heated air from the inner yard doesn’t allow to ventilate in the room properly. The kitchenette is very small and that’s okay but if there were just a bit more appliances - that would be better.

Beautiful authentic apartment in the heart of Florence

We loved staying in this spacious, traditional and authentic apartment right in The heart of Florence. We were treated on arrival and made to feel very welcome with care taken to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s in a busy but not too busy area and has beautiful big windows to take advantage of the great view - but they’re also amazing at keeping the street noise out so it was very peaceful. There was a good selection of cafes and restaurants right there on the door step and it was a very easy stroll to the main attractions and the station. We loved the chandeliers and candelabras and the feel of the apartment. It was a great stay!

An enchanting getaway in the heart of Florence

Palazzo Bianchini was an absolute dream come true! An easy walk from the train station, and it could hardly be a more ideal location looking out on the baptistry of the Medici chapel. The Duomo is a short walk away (literally five minutes) and everything is within very reasonable walking distance. As for the apartment, my wife said she wanted to live there forever. It was a perfect size for the four of us (a big king bed in the bedroom and a nice foldout double in the sitting room. The apartment feels like you've walked into a beautiful movie set for a Florentine novel from the last century, but with all the modern conveniences we expect today. Everything about it is superb. It even has a little sectioned off kitchen area where we made our simple breakfasts of grapefruit, yogurt, and fresh berries from a nearby market. Charming in every way. The owner and others we interacted with (Saman!) were so great to work with, answering questions promptly and helping us in every way they could. I can't say enough good about this place. We'll definitely be recommending it to family and friends--and hopefully returning some day.

Be aware that everywhere you stay in Italy is required to collect a city tax. This has nothing to do with the apartment, but don't let it surprise you. It's generally a few euros per person per night, but the amount seems to vary by city. Just plan that into your expectations.

Расположение просто супер. Все в шаговой доступности. Куча ресторанчиков прямо в этом доме. А дом очень старый, с видом в стену напротив большого храма. Сами апарты очень просторные. Висит бак для автономного нагрева воды. Есть кондей, который работает на обогрев. Хозяин приятный мужчина, мило пообщались. Большой плюс в наличии полностью экипированной кухни. Она не сильно большая, но вполне хватает для готовки на семью. Лифта нет, но у нас был 2 этаж, широкая лестница, так что для нас это не было проблемой.

В квартире нет батарей, отопления. Было прохладно, приходилось ночью греться кондеем. Я не взял свои домашние тапочки и ходить по полу без них было прохладно. Розетки старого типа и евровилка не везде втыкалась. С раннего утра под окнами очень шумно - машины, уборочная техника, люди. Но вы должны быть к такому - все-таки самый центр города. А так остальное - вполне приемлемо.

In pieno centro storico

Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro storico a 2 passi, davvero 2 passi da molti dei principali punti di interesse. Ampio appartamento con 2 spaziose stanze da letto, un piccolo angolo cottura e un ampio bagno. Il nostro appartamento si chiama "Leonardo" al secondo piano, senza ascensore, ma Saman ci ha aiutati con le valigie sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Lungo la via del palazzo si trovano parecchi ristoranti con ottime recensioni: confermo, ci siamo trovati molto bene per la cena.

La maggior parte delle finestre danno sull'interno delle scale. Per soggiorni più lunghi (noi abbiamo fatto solo 2 notti) valuterei eventualmente la disponibilità nella stessa struttura di un appartamento con una zona giorno e con le finestre sulla via.

Excepcional. Volvería sin dudar.

Escogí el apartamento por la excelente ubicación. El tranvía que viene del aeropuerto está a cinco minutos y los monumentos más importantes de la ciudad también están a pocos minutos. No me defraudó en absoluto, limpio, amplio y con mucha luz. Tanto Matteo, el propietario, como Saman, fueron muy amables y solícitos. Matteo nos sugirió lugares que visitar y varios locales y restaurantes donde comer. Sin lugar a dudas, ya tengo ganas de volver. Muchas gracias.

Ya estábamos avisados, y es parte del encanto del Palazzo, no hay ascensor. Pero tampoco fueron tantos pisos, este pequeño inconveniente no me impediría volver.

Tolle Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehr sicher. Der Besitzer Matteo ist ein ausgesprochen Netter Vermieter, der gleich nebenan wohnt und viele sehr nützliche Tipps hat bezüglich Sightseeing und Restaurants.
