About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a very strategic location a few steps from the Duomo of Florence and Piazza della Repubblica and close to the main tourist attractions. This modern flat is located in a typical Florentine building with elevator and provides all the comforts.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, in fact it has three double bedrooms. It has two bathrooms with shower, a large and bright living-dining area, with access to a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances (such as dishwasher, oven and washing machine), accessories and utensils.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

I brought my wife and two adult (20-25) daughters to Florence for 2 nights during our travel in September. My expectations were surpassed when we entered the apartment - very well furnished, very clean and bright, very comfortable beds and furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all with excellent amenities. The unit is on the 4th floor accessed via either a very small elevator or stairs. The front building door opens up onto the main piazza area with access to restauraunts, coffee shops, shopping, historic areas. We walked everywhere and this location and apartment was one of the major highlights of our 2 week trip.
