Florence view apartment

The location is amazing, incredibly close to everything and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is on a quiet street so we couldn’t hear any outdoor noise which was great. Good to have a washing machine on site, and the multiple bathrooms. The check in was flexible and easy, and Veronica was very friendly when she let us in.

Most of our group found the place comfortable, but one of the beds was so incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, that two of us ended up booking alternative accommodation after the first sleepless night. The air conditioning didn’t work very well - the house still felt quite hot (especially as there was a heat wave) and you could see that the AC filters have not been cleaned in a very long time, potentially being the reason for the air not cooling down. While it’s great to have 3 bathrooms, they were all quite small so not much space to move around in. A lot of reviews mention lots of stairs and while it was a bit tough to get up, we didn’t have a problem with it. We were a group of 30 year olds so didn’t mind it at all, just something to keep in mind if your mobility is limited.

the position is amazing .... walking distance to ponte vecchio and the center , without being noisy ! we loved the apt , was spacious and beds very comfortable

Once it must have been a beauty, but over the years the whole place has become a bit run down, both the apartment itself and all the furniture. The location to the old town is very good, but the way back, up the hill and the steep stairs in the house, very sweaty. Good shopping facilities nearby

Compared with all other apartments we had in Italy, there is definitively room for improvement
