Flavia was very helpful right from the beginning of our stay. She personally helped us find the location and get situated. The balcony view and location were perfect for immersing in Florence. 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio! Flavia’s restaurant recommendation, right downstairs, was excellent. And we were very grateful for the washing machine and drying rack after being on the road for a couple weeks!
Would be nice to have a roll of paper towels to be able to clean up.

We loved everything about our stay! Flavia was an absolutely beautiful host. Met us on site took us through the property, provided a map with all the site seeing, food and leather shop hotspots. The property itself was so amazing, the photos do not do justice to how stunning the view is from the terrace! We cannot wait to return asap.

Location and size of unit
Furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Click was a hide a bed. You could feel the bars of the bed poking when sitting on the couch. Chairs were uneven , broken down and uncomfortable.
