The property is close to everything by foot from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi (you can see it from the balcony) to boboli garden to Santa Maria Novella. We love the restaurant below the apt it’s called Lungarno 23. The apartment has a washer and a place you can hang dry your clothes as well as steam iron. My son and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood even at night.
The property is on a higher end for a 4 day stay and it needs a better bed.

Flavia is gracious and helpful. Could not ask for a better host! Apartment was clean, comfortable, and bright. Exactly what I was hoping for. Location was perfect. Close & walkable to everything that matters.

Location and size of unit
Furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Click was a hide a bed. You could feel the bars of the bed poking when sitting on the couch. Chairs were uneven , broken down and uncomfortable.
