Awesome location, but cheaply appointed.

Lacking Cleanliness, no shampoo or shower soap provided, two small and cheap toilet papers provided for two people for a four night stay, dirty hair dryer, hanging racks for towels not sturdy and cheap quality, step and shallow stairs leading to bedroom, no toilet on bedroom level, no wardrobe or counter space for clothing.

Great host, great location, good value.

Loved the location. Easily walkable to almost anything. Flavia showed us everything we needed and explained how things on the apartment worked. Nice to be able to wash clothes and sit and relax in an apartment.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch a couple of nights because it killed my back.

The home was fantastic, in a really good and walkable location to all of the key sights you’d want to see in Florence but not in the busiest part of the town so we still felt it was quiet and cost. The home was spacious and the view was the amazing!

Beautiful Property and Location

Our apartment had the private balcony overlooking the Arno River. It was a beautiful view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Flavia is a wonderful hostess and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The most incredible view in Florence

This has to be the best place in Florence to stay by far- literally the PERFECT location, terrace rooftop, incredible views, and amazing amenities (washing machine, kitchen, AC, spacious living space, Netflix compatible TV, etc). I will be recommending this apartment for all my friends and family! Very pleased to say the least! Wow!

It was fabulous to be in such a spacious well appointed apartment. The location was perfect. We didn’t understand how close we were to everything of importance until we checked in. It was great to be checked in by Flavia, she shared so much great information We highly recommend this property

My Boutique Home in Florence-A Comfy Home Away from Home

Location-excellent; accessible to everything but just far enough away from tourist crowds to feel homey. Apartment well laid out for 2-3 people so long as one is ok with climbing spiral stairs to sleeping loft. Flavia is an accessible, responsive host- I really appreciated it!

Late night noise-&This unit sits directly overtop a very active restaurant (and it’s kitchen).,.you are not going to sleep early! Upholstered furniture needs some love.

Perfect place to stay in Florence

This property is in a great location, with cafe, gelato, restaurant and supermarket very close. It is across the river and a very short walk to the Uffizi. It is very comfortable and the elevator makes getting luggage to the apartment easy. It has AC, a clothes washer and a kitchen. Flavia is fantastic. She made everything easy.

Convenient for all the sites

Very nice quiet apartment which had everything we needed for the week. Location was excellent, not far away from all the sites. Flavia is an excellent communicator and gave a great introduction to the apartment and the local area.

A perfect stay in the heart of Florence with stunning views and an exceptional host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Flavia's apartment in Florence! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from all the main landmarks, incredible restaurants, and even a grocery store. Everything you could need is right at your doorstep. One of the true highlights was the amazing terrace — the view from there is simply breathtaking and made every morning and evening extra special. Flavia was the perfect host. She met us right in front of the building when we arrived, helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. Her hospitality and kindness were truly above and beyond — she is absolutely amazing! Thank you, Flavia, for making our Florence visit so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Pleasant apartment

Flavia is a lovely host to meet and greet you - also very helpful. Facilities were fine for 2 adults. The apartment had all we needed, however we would prefer more comfort. Location is quiet, clean and is walking distance We would choose to will stay at the other side of river next time and closer to the gems of Florence.

Quiet, cosy and comfortable. Thankyou Flavia!

I decided to stay a few extra days and booked the Maisonette apartment and had a lovely peaceful stay. The street itself is a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio but you could be miles away as you hear no street noise on the 3rd floor. I think it is the only time in Florence I have not closed the shutters during the night! The view from the windows is of an old tree and a neighboring villa’s garden being renovated. Upstairs on the mezzanine lounge-room you can glimpse the arno over the rooftops! The bathroom and shower are generously sized which is a plus in central florence. You can cook most things easily too. Completely easy access with a lift too! Booking any dwelling in this building, managed by the delightful Flavia, I am sure, will not disappoint. I hope to return.

Our stay at My Boutique Home in Florence was excellent!

The location of the apartment is perfect…close enough to easily walk to all the important sites and yet removed from the crowds. The property is comfortable, homey and nicely appointed. It is also well equipped with everything we needed for preparing simple meals. It really felt like a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the gorgeous views of the Arno and Florence. Our host, Flavia, was just great. She was very accommodating in getting us into the apartment upon our arrival and was also helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with transfer to the airport.

It’s a pleasant stay!

The host is nice and helpful. She is always responsive when we have questions and need some help. She also prepared some useful information and gave us a short tour of the flat and the lobby! The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and you can really do some cooking at home.

There are mosquitos sometimes but the host has already prepared the mosquito repellent devices :)

The location was amazing! The apartment was spacious and well thought out. The terrace provided exceptional views. Location in the heart of the city, yet exceptionally quiet.

Unless you positioned the shower wand just right, the water would spill out onto the floor. Everything else was perfect!

Superb

The location is just perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk away from Ponte Vecchio and another couple of minutes away from the centre. Great little supermarket just before Ponte Vecchio. Flavia was really lovely and welcoming and helpful with local tips. The Terrace views are just beautiful and just as pictured. Great to have a washing machine and shower pressure was really good. Fully equipped kitchen too, with everything you need for cooking. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Whilst the apartment was very clean, the furniture is a little older and could do with a little TLC. It should also be noted that the staircase up to the terrace is a narrow, metal windy one and could be trickier for some.
