My Boutique Home in Florence

A beautiful place in Oltrarno overlooking the river. Wonderful location within easy walking distance of the historic city center and on several bus lines when walking was not possible. Several nice restaurants within a five minute walk, some of the best gelato in Florence two blocks away, and a wine window within a block from our front door. Grocery store just down the street with everything we needed. Very kind host with many recommendations for us. It was a particularly hot May in Florence and our contact, Flavia, went out of her way to work with the building owners to get the air conditioning turned on before the first of June to make our stay more comfortable.

The furniture and bed were slightly less comfortable than other places we've stayed, but were still suitable for unwinding after long days of sightseeing.

Location was great, very close to Florence centre, but you felt as if you could get away from the hustle and bustle. It was quaint and clean and had everything you could need. Flavia kept in constant contact re check in. The restaurant underneath was amazing too 🤩

We wanted a place that was quiet but close to all of the major attractions. This place did not disappoint. First, the host was incredible!! she met us at the property and walked us through everything, then responded promptly to questions about restaurant recommendations, rental car, etc. We could could not have asked for anything more. We would most definitely stay here again!

There is nothing to complain about in any way.

Location and size of unit

Furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Click was a hide a bed. You could feel the bars of the bed poking when sitting on the couch. Chairs were uneven , broken down and uncomfortable.
