Location was fantastic. Next to Uffizi and river. Lovely restaurant downstairs. Aircon only in bedroom, and works well, as kitchen is down hallway it’s quite hot in there. Plenty of kitchenware in kitchen. Stove top and microwave. Dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable bed. Pillows ok. Great balcony overlooking the rooftops. Too hot in afternoon but lovely in morning and evening. Clean. Communication for check in was clear.

95 stairs. But this is part of old building and will keep you fit. Didn’t like that you have to take rubbish down to street.

The location was perfect, plenty of restaurants and close to main squares. It was easy to find, and worth the walk from the train station. The bed was comfortable, facilities were fantastic. My favourite part was the balcony overlooking the rooftop terraces and surrounding mountains. The hosts provided a delicious bottle of wine and we enjoyed it as the sun went down.

If you have heavy bags, there is no elevator so you do have to walk up five flights of stairs.

The bed was super comfortable & the Air Conditioner worked well in the bedroom..

Jesus.....the stairs. Omg. After hauling the baggage up flight after flight after flight, we could barely breathe. My husband didn't speak to me for a full day after that! He was so angry about what I had booked. Yikes! (They dont give you specifics until the day before arrival). So all the grand plans of cooking breakfast or meals to enjoy on the balcony ended before they began....as soon as we realised we'd have to haul groceries up, we realised it wasn't going to happen. And the whole reason we picked this place, was for that. Ugh, We're not old. We're in our 40s, but we found it really really rough. We stayed out all day rather than go up and down those god forsaken stairs. (We could only muster it once per day) There was no lounge area, and the A/C is only in the bedroom (although it worked well). It left the kitchen extremely warm. So we spent all time at the apartment holed up in one room. If you have mobility issues, or are not a marathon runner, I'd think twice about this one.
