Perfect location, but stay somewhere else if another option available

Perfect location. P.za della Signoria only a few steps away. Convenient to museums, restaurants, major tourist sites. Safe area with so much to do just around the corner. 10 min walk to Duomo at most, and 15 min walk to Santa Maria Novella.

Hosts were responsive in answering calls and text messages, but super slow to deliver what was requested. Waited almost an hour standing out the front door for person to meet us with keys and let us in, even though we had provided check-in time and kept in communication from airport. Provided only one set of keys and told to the call the office for the other set (at 8 PM after a long flight). Apartment amenites were minimal. Obvious that guests do not stay more than a couple of days based on what was stocked. No coffee maker. No bathroom toiletries. Only one bar of soap for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. No extra blankets for chilly nights. Obvious dust in corners; deep cleaning needed. Master bath shower similar in size to cruise ship shower. Second bath had tub with shower. Neither of shower nozzles worked properly. Location was perfect but a more maintained place with hosts that look for return customers might be a better option.

Wonderful stay! Place was right next to the Uffizzi Museum

Three bedrooms, so nice! What a cute place! We were very happy and comfy here! Great location! Large apartment, two bathrooms, couchs to relax on, beds were comfortable!

Mosquitos. Bring bug spray. Not too bad but those little rascals bit two of us! Only one night the crowds below were a bit noisy late at night. Construction in a building across from us, October 2024. Didn’t bother us.

Everything. Very spacious and location was just perfect right in the heart of everything.

Nothing really. Just a fact that the staircase is very narrow. We were on the second floor and there’s no lift. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs, very narrow. The location and the apartment more than made up for it. Just a fact and a minor issue considered in the scheme of things.

The location was fantastic, so close to everything. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Double glazing windows were perfect to keep the noise out.

The aircon was ok but could have been a touch cooler. Some of the artwork was a bit spooky.

location was close to everything. we had 7 people and had more than enough space. host got us in hours before checkin which was a huge help.

there was no elevator but was only 2 flights up so not a big deal. just pack light.

The appartment is located in the centre, couldn t be better. Nice pubs, bars, gelaterias around. Ideal for sightseeing.

It smelled of cigarette smoke in the appartment. We are all non smokers and found this a bit disturbing. It would have been nice to know that bath towels are provided for (not mentioned in the description of the appartment), as we would not have taken ours along. Ideally with 5 people you would need a second door key.

An excellent home base for Florence, thank you!

Wonderful location, right around the corner from the Uffizi entrance and the Piazza della Signoria (the main gathering spot for New Years Eve!), abundant space for our family of 5 to spread out, very helpful with arranging transportation to and from Santa Maria Novella train station! (Next time, I must have one of the magic ham sandwiches just a few steps down Vei dei Neri....long lines of customers waiting patiently for a ham sandwich!)

The stairwell is a good workout with luggage, but that's the price to be paid for the A+ location in old town. It's a restricted traffic area so taxis were scarce when we needed one, though there are many benefits of restricted traffic!

Charming apartment in the heart of Florence

It’s spacious apartment in the best possible location in Florence. The apartment located in very old, cozy street and you feel like you staying at the locals. Beautiful collection of old books, apartment has a lot of charm. It’s not super modern, but this is what we want staying in the heart of historical city. Loved it!!

It would be easier if you could collect keys from keybox or with online codes. We had to run from the train station to be on time to meet someone. But it’s not a big issue, everything was great. Thank you!

location is awesome, rooms are clean, spacious, staff very helpful

the small sandwich shop by the apartments- while we were waiting for our keys to check in, the owner of the shop started yelling at us, for standing too close to her shopping window. yelling as mad, hysterically. not a very nice welcome) so be aware of the crazy woman at the sandwich shop.

Charming and spacious apartment, perfect location and host.

The apartment was huge, charming and centrally located. Loved this accommodation. A very lucky find. The host was so helpful and available throughout our stay for anything that came up that we needed help with. Amazing restaurants and shops at our doorstep.

Not a complaint - but there is stair access only to the apartment that the host kindly was available to help with bags. This is just Italy :) - but important to know if you have accessibility requirements.

Posizione centralissima ma abbastanza silenziosa (presenza di doppi vetri), appartamento ampio, possibilità di deposito bagagli

Alcuni letti scomodi e complementi di arredo obsoleti. Il divano letto nella prima stanza è imbarcato e il lettino della stanza singola molto molle e non confortevole per la schiena: entrambi dovrebbero essere rinnovati se si offre la struttura per 10 posti letto. Lo scarico nella vasca era rotto, quindi uno dei due bagni non era utilizzabile per fare la doccia; nonostante il problema fosse già stato riscontrato prima del nostro arrivo non ci è stato segnalato e non si è provveduto ad un intervento dell’idraulico o perlomeno uno sconto dato il disservizio.
