The apartment is in an excellent location- near the Santa Croce and close to major sites. The area is not as busy as other locations in Florence, so it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to some great restaurants, pastry shops, and gelato places. We apartment worked well for two couples, as we had our own rooms and bathrooms. The manager, Michele, was particular helpful and responsive in securing taxis for our trips to the train station and airport, as we were all departing at different times.

Great location, beds were very comfortable, after a very hot day the air-conditioning was amazing. Area was very safe and accommodations are as pictured. Would stay here again.
Only issue bedroom downstairs has a window and the bar below in the building across the way was a little noisy. Fortunately, we were so tired from the day’s activities the late evening bar crowd who sit outside in the alley were not too loud and we could fall asleep.

The location was perfect. Accessible to the sites and quiet. Had a lift and AC worked really well. Bathrooms were updated and nice. All rooms were large.

It slept 3 people very well. Plenty of room. Nice location; a bit off the beaten path, but walking distance to all of the surrounding areas.
A few maint items still need to be buttoned up. Overall, the apartment is very nice and a great location.
