Residenza Santa Croce

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring Florence. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Communication was clear, and the self check-in process was straightforward, although we never met the host in person. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so it may not be the best choice for travelers with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found it to be a good base for exploring the city

The property was in an excellent location close to the Santa Croce and in easy walking distance to other attractions. There were plenty of places to eat and drink locally too.

The property was not suitable for someone with limited mobility. A family member stopped in one apartment and had three double flights of stairs to climb which they found hard to do. There is no lift so carrying a case is difficult and impossible for my family members. We could only find one remote for the air conditioning and my family could not get it to work in their loft room so they were extremely hot in the summer heat. There was no kettle in the 3rd floor apartment and the wifi signal was very poor. The air conditioning worked in the first floor apartment in the 1st floor apartment in the bedroom but nowhere else. The WiFi signal was poor and the tv didn’t work. The settee/ sofa bed was not in a good state of repair.
