San Niccolò hidden gem suite

Lovely flat - impeccably clean and very comfotable. Beatiful area - historical centre, full of places to eat, easy and swift walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Fantastic hosts - helpful and ready to meet all your beeds. They help you with the suitcases and keep you luggage after check-out. We would love to return. Thank you very much.

This was by far the cleanest and most well-organized apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Although the apartment is on the smaller side, it is exceptionally well arranged and makes excellent use of the available space. It is equipped with nearly everything one might need for a comfortable stay. For our longer visit, we did have to purchase a few minor items, but this did not take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this apartment without hesitation, especially for those who appreciate cleanliness and thoughtful organization.

Laura and Pablo were incredibly welcoming. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed in an excellent location.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with most of the main sites/ galleries within a 15 minute walk. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, safe and has lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Communication was superb throughout the entire booking process and stay. Laura and Paolo were so incredibly kind and helpful after we fell victim to the cities pickpockets at the train station. They went above and beyond. The apartment is indeed a hidden gem, but so are Laura and Paolo!
