We would happily return.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is elegant, spacious and very well located - close to everything yet in a peaceful area. The building itself has beautiful character and everything was clean and well maintained.

The layout is slightly unusual, which adds charm, and at times very faint sounds from the neighbouring unit could be heard, though this did not impact our stay in any meaningful way.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence

This was an all found house and the location couldn't have been any better. The house was squeaky clean and had all the necessities that one would need. The host was super helpful and answered any questions I had very promptly. The location was just perfect within waking distance of all the sites to visit in Florence. We traveled to Florence with my our two children 7 and 3 years old and they loved the apartment and were super comfortable during our entire stay. Would absolutely stay here when we visit Florence next.

I can't think of a single thing that was not as desired. It was simply perfect !

Quiet, clean, comfortable spot for experienced travelers

Staff: Helped us above and beyond expectations. Effective English speakers. Prompt action to correct the issues we had with the equipment

The location was not as central as we had hoped. BUT, it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Better for experienced travelers. No accessible "check in/out" desk. So nowhere to stop and ask for information or recommendations. We saw staff only at check-in. So not a very personable experience for 1st-time travelers in Italy.

Amazing apartment

We stayed in the Michaelangelo apartment. The apartment was amazing. Super facilities, large living space. Check in was easy and the staff member was super helpful. The bed was giant and super comfortable, as a pregnant lady I had the best night sleep I'd had in weeks here. There is a square nearby called Piazza di Santa Croce which has some stunning cafes and restaurants, with a lovely view - and much quieter than some of the other squares.

For most people, the location would get a 10/10. I think I'd get something a little closer to the centre next time personally.

Amazing appartment

All was perfect.the place near monuments, the beds were comfortable, the equipments, the coffee, the host is also really gentle.I recommend it so much.

Beautiful house and excellent service

Exceptional views, 5* accomodation and service. Clean and sparkling. Amazing views. Host Domenico went above and beyond to make sure we were on our right route and bus. He even picked us up from our last bus top since it had gotten dark and helped carry the luggage. House was clean and we received a VIP treatment. He kept checking everyday to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything service. Highly recommend it.

A nice spot in the old city

A spacious and bright apartment close enough to the city center yet in a relatively quiet location so you can take a midday break from the attractions and explorations. The host was welcoming and helpful. A cute supermarket is few block away. There’s a school yard over the wall across the street, so you can get some vibes of the local life, which I find to be a bonus.

Perfect location to explore beautiful Florence

Amazing location, well equipped and impeccably clean. Great for families too. Walking distance to statue of David (8 mins stroll) Perseus and Medusa and maybe 15 mins stroll to Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars close by also. Host Fabio couldn't have been more helpful and communication was clear before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, super clean and spacious apartment, friendly and helpful staff, it was a wonderful

Great location, not far from the train station and it's easy to get there by foot. Rachele the person who helped us to check in was so friendly and very helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, super clean and beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It is right in the city centre and very close to all tourist attractions We had such a great stay and it definitely will be our first choice if we come back to Florence again.

The AC didn’t work properly the first day and made for a very hot night. But, Fabio and Rachel took care of the problem the next morning.

Satisfying experience

Rachele who handles the customer support made a world of difference to enhance our experience. She gave us tips, maps, helped us book cabs and was a phone call away to answer queries. The property had good security, and a good location. Was very clean with nice vibe. It was close to the ponte vecchio bridge. The kitchenette was comfortable. The elevator was a big relief. The AC on the bedroom was not cooling enough for the heat of July in Florence. The owner bought 2 fans for the 2 bedrooms.

The bathroom could do with anti slip mat. That would be my only suggestion.

nice clean apartment 10 min walk from centre

the apartment is big and clean with all facilities needed for stay. The manager helped us promptly for anything we needed. it was a very pleasant and value for money stay.

the property is near the busy but not exactly in the middle of it so gotta walk a bit ( like 10 mins ). there are no lifts to the top level so walking up stairs with big suitcases not ideal. other than that was a pleasant stay.

This place is really a great find! For a family of four adults, we had 2 beautiful rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a perfect location! Florence's beautiful city attractions are just walking distance.

Perfect staying in Florence

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a nice and quite location very close to Santa Croce. Check in and out were very easy and the owner was helpful and responding very quickly to text or calls. Many facilities in the apartment made our staying really comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just as a suggestion: the building elevator isn't easily visible, maybe an indication would help.

Great place to stay in Florence!

Great location in Florence, I would not stay in any other area, far from the noise and people of the main squares. Very clean, modern with an amazing comfy mattress. Color scheme is very neutral muted and relaxing. We did not use the kitchen but seems equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Very nice touch to make available water and coffee pods + sugar for guests. Supermarket and local trattorias in walking distance close to Mercato Sant’Ambrogio.
