It was exquisite and reflective of the area and close to everything. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Lovely time here.

The apartment was amazing, huge, clean, well furnished, confortable and accessible. The location is perfect, you're literally next to the Duomo and you are 10 to 15min walking distance from any main touristic spots.The owner and our contact there were super helpful and kind. We traveled with our 90yo grandma who could stand but also used a foldable wheelchair, and it was perfect for her as the elevator could allow her to go up the floor and then in the apartment everything was easily accessible. The two bedrooms were really big, the kitchen had everything you'd need for a long and nice stay. The bathroom had both a spacious bathtub and shower... Overall we had a wonderful stay really - I'd love to come back with friends on another occasion!

We got a bit cold at some point and didn't know how to turn up the heaters, but even late in the evening our contact nicely explained us how to adjust the temperature and then all was good for us!

Struttura caratteristica ma con diverse criticità. Il B&B ha una posizione davvero centralissima, il vero punto di forza che merita 5 stelle. Tuttavia, il resto dell’esperienza non è all’altezza di un punteggio 9.

Gli ambienti presentano una puzza di chiuso e una pulizia non adeguata: si notano tracce di sporcizia, il bollitore conteneva acqua probabilmente lasciata da ospiti precedenti e non sembrava mai essere stato lavato. Le lenzuola erano abbastanza pulite, ma tutto il resto lasciava a desiderare. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato vari problemi: • condizionatore non perfettamente funzionante, • scarico della doccia non pulito, tanto da rendere necessario allagare il bagno per riuscire a lavarci,freddissimo e con il soffitto che perdeva acqua per la condensa dei climatizzatori. • il secondo bagno è in realtà uno sgabuzzino adattato Da sottolineare, però, la grande disponibilità della proprietaria, che si è scusata più volte e ha subito fatto intervenire la signora delle pulizie per risolvere almeno il problema della doccia. Nonostante l’impegno, questo purtroppo non è bastato a compensare le carenze della struttura.
