excellent location but communication with those who manage this apartment is disappointing, every sentence ends with a threat - if you don't obey, you will be punished! Leave the car outside Florence, it's a nightmare to park.

Perfect location, comfy apartment

Great communication from the hosts, easy to contact via whatsapp Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Key codes for the external and internal doors which is good when travelling as a group Large, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were large and comfy beds, and 3 showers

The only real downside was the kitchen was the only communal area for a large apartment, there is no lounge area. That said the kitchen is large with a big table and lots of chairs Only 2 x toilets for a lot of people and one of those being through a bedroom (ensuite)

Misleading from the photos

I liked the location.

Felt mislead about the size, the layout was a joke for nearly £2,000.

Lack of toilets and electrical power supply

Only two toilets for 5 rooms, one of which could be accessed only through a double room. So one toilet for 7 people. And electrical circuit breaker operated so frequently even though we did not use any appliance except air conditioners. So we could not cook freely.

Central location

The location was very central. The rooms were a good size.

The bathrooms were very small especially the bedroom at the back and the bed in the back room wasn’t even it sloped. You couldn’t use many appliances to cook or the power would cut out. There was a lot of noise through the back window.

After the check in problem all went well after exploring numerous stores and restaurants,

There was no breakfast available in the apartment we had to buy our own breakfast. The location was great and close to a variety of historic places.

The check in process can be better due to requesting early check in and they will not accommodate even to just leave bags to explore area.

Fantastic Florance for exploring 10/10 Location

Location Location Location YESSSS! Every single amenity is close by, the apartment is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Spacious rooms, a complementary bottle of fizz and all the utensils needed if you wanted to stop in. Communication is only ever a WhatsApp away. So attentative and caring and extremely helpful with everything we asked, wanted and or needed.

3 ensuit, only 1 with a toilet... Some of the spaces could've been better used. The kitchen was fine to be sat around but a room / space with seats sofas is very much doable and would create a gathering space to sip tea and have a chat.

Sólo había dos WC, había mucha olor a vino en la entrada del apartamento, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba.

男女混合の8人グループで、10人まで宿泊可能の5LDKで広い。十分な部屋数がありました。(シングル1、ダブル3、トリプル1) サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から徒歩圏内で、どこへ行くにもアクセス良し。スーパーマーケットも近くにあり、自炊するのに都合が良かった。食器や調理器具は豊富にあります。古い建物でもエアコンがあり快適。

チェックイン時間の15時にならないと玄関のパスコードが通知されない。事前に何度か早めのチェックインの希望を提出していたが、答えは「その時の状況による」のみ。到着してからもSNSで連絡したが、既読になっていても返答無し。結局、機械的に管理されているようで個別対応はできない模様。オンラインチェックインの際に、市税を4日分支払うように指示されて払ったが、同じ３泊4日でもローマのホテルは3日分、２泊3日のベネチアは2日分の請求でした。1日分多いのでは？１つのダブルの部屋がトイレへ行くための通路となっていたので、その部屋は使えませんでした。予約時に部屋の配置図があればよかった。オール電化なので、レンジとコンロなどを同時に使うとすぐにブレイカーが落ちてしまう。

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre touristique. De grandes chambres avec literie très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Ancien appartement bien rénové.

Il n'y a que 2 WC dont un dans une chambre, un peu juste quand on voyage à 9 filles. Les deux rues qui bordent la location sont un peu bruyantes

L'appartamento è bellissimo. Noi lo abbiamo preso per 12 persone. Bello e spazioso. La posizione è ottima. ed è molto pulito. Altamente consigliato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
