Everything was perfect and everything was central. So organised and cleaned. Seamless would be the word. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Way worth it.

The apartment ment was clean and functional... was on a very busy street which was noisy but to be expected. Communication was great. Ease of access positive. ... nice to have kitchen and washer.

The sewer smell was a bit nasty at times...

Our lovely apartment was located in the centre of Florence old town. Many bars and restaurants nearby as well as the famous sites of the city. Queues can be long; book ahead online to avoid the lines  Once the day travellers departed our lively day time street became a quiet oasis, and yet we were able to socialise in busy settings nearby. Bob provided very clear instructions and access by code was easy; as was check in/out Bob helpfully kept in touch during our stay. The third floor apartment was ideal for an older couple with a lift to our floor. High ceilings gave a sense of space. AC was available to heat and cool. Useful at night even in mid April! The property was clean and tidy upon arrival.  We enjoyed, decent kitchen facilities, ideal for a short say; a comfortable bed; great sleep; quality bedding and towels. A compact shower room suited us well. Appropriate storage. Maybe a few more hooks would be useful.  Plenty of hot water on tap.   There  is even more to enjoy of day to day Italian life and culture if you’re prepared to venture out of the very touristy heart of old town Florence.  We had a great stay in a fabulous city, and found a few gems off the beaten track.

Location very good. Safety inside locked gates good. Room spacious enough. Nice kitchenette although I only needed the fridge. Bathroom nice. Modern look. Mattress and pillows x4 comfortable and clean. High ceilings. Quiet. Two small balconies. No staff on premises but they were very helpful when I called. Has a small elevator.

There’s a hot water switch in bathroom. Make sure it’s in the on position, but even when left on, there’s only 5 to 9 minutes of hot water max. Had to rinse my hair in cool water at the end of shower due to lack of hot water. You have to be efficient and shower as fast as possible in order to have enough hot water. Shower stall is nice and modern but could use a hand rail for safety. Does not have one. Has two cute small balconies but the door on one was open when I arrived because the wood was rotted from rain and wouldn’t close properly. Eventually I was able to close it and lock it but it wasn’t easy. Mild sewer smell occasionally in bathroom. I know it’s an old building but maybe needs pipe replacements. There is an elevator which is key but it’s old, small and dirty. Smells dirty like it is never cleaned. Holds one person and a suitcase or two. Door opens with the elevator floor uneven with the hotel floor and frequently won’t open when called to the second floor for some reason however will open on the second floor if riding up from the first floor. Elevator needs cleaning and maintenance. Poor communication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Booking. Com never communicated with me after the initial email from the first moment that I booked. Booking also doesn’t share your email address with the hotel that you booked with (they say for safety reasons) therefore the hotel cannot communicate with you to forward your room access code. So I was standing in front of the hotel gate in Italy unable to open the gate, door or my room. Very frustrating!!! Why????!!!!!!. Then the hotel who were sympathetic, wanted to send my access code to What’s App. I do not have What’s App. I was not able to even download What’s App because when I tried as I stood locked out from my hotel, the online registration said my American cell number was not valid even though it was! It did not work even putting a zero 1 in front of it! I tried everything!
