Location was very central, for the first time in Florence, it was perfect. Room was very clean, balcony was large and spacious. Fully functional elevator which was fantastic.
Only flaw was finding the property, it was a bit complicated. There wasn’t toliet paper in the room when we checked in, but staff were helpful and told me where to retrieve it from.

The appartment is lovely, well located.
If you expect immediate assistance, it does not exist It is a corporation that seem not to care much and answers whenever they feel like it or just don't have enough staff to assist. All is in an app, that may work for 18 years olds who speak the app language, but very confusing for people of an elder age who just need clear and simple.direcrion to find the appartment for example.
