It felt like everything was like brand new. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group (4 adults and a baby). The location was incredible—close to everything, but on a quieter side street so there wasn't much noise. There was a washing machine, wifi, AC, and even a tiny fridge in the bedroom (in addition to the fridge in the kitchenette). Lots of lovely homey touches.
The hot water doesn't last very long. The host left a note about this, but I missed it the first day and had a very chilly shower. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay! Easy fix: after the first day, we made sure not to shower back-to-back.
