La situation dans le centre ville. Le volume des pièces, les petites attentions (liquides, savons) dans la SdB et la cuisine. La disponibilité et la réactivité du service de la conciergerie.

La programmation des horaires du chauffage. Le fonctionnement des clés à la porte d’entrée dans la rue.

Location is good - 5 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and a further 10 minutes to Piazza del Duomo whilst being directly opposite Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The apartment is very large and fully equipped with cooking and cleaning facilities should you need them. The management staff were very nice and helpful.

The apartment is located in a very old building and some aspects of that were difficult to manage. The building's front door is huge and hard to push and has a lock which is very difficult to open. The lift is an old-fashioned iron version with manual doors. Inside the apartment we initially had issues with the air-conditioning tripping the electric and dripping water but were able to get this sorted out in general. A lot (but not all) of the plug sockets used three-pin (type L) which surprised us though some adapters were provided. Would not be suitable for disabled access.

Lo mas dificil es entrar al edificio. Tiene una llave que cuesta abrir y la puerta es pesada

The location is very good with a short walk to the river and most main sites. The area around is also good for restaurants and bars. The appartment is very spacious , although despite all the room, the owner still managed to install two shower cubicles where you can not raise your elbows. Some people have complained the door is hard to open but to be honsest we never had too much trouble , just wriggle the key around. The instructions were all clear and the key holder was easy to contact on whatsapp and met us promptly for key handover. Kitchen looked well equipped but we didnt use it.

The flat is big but the furnishings are dated and in need of attention. The apartment is cold in late October with no way to turn on the heating. It is very noisy outside and myself and my kids were always woken up in the night usually by vans collecting rubbish and other activivities. There were no instructions on the TV. Could not get anything to work in main lounge. One bedroom was locked so had to get my teenagers to share a room. Its OK but why lock one of the rooms....
