Location was great! it was a short walk away from some of the known tourist spots, but in the quieter side of Florence. It was very very close to Gelateria Della Passera which is one of the best Gelaterias in the world, so that was a bonus, we had to order everyday! The check in experience was super easy as the instructions were sent. we were given complimentary water which was a huge plus as we hadn't gone to the grocery yet. Host was also very responsive to my messages.
Since it is near a plaza you can hear some noise outside but nothing too bothersome. There were a few flies in the kitchen that entered somehow, but we were quickly able to kill them and overall the place was clean. A bit hard to bring large luggage up the stairs but such is the case for most apartments anyway in Florence. Room is in the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

Location was perfect. Steps from Ponte Vecchio bridge. The gentleman who greeted us was extremely accommodating and attentive.
Very clean. Comfortable beds, which are everything when traveling!

The moment we were welcomed by the owner and the care he took to ensure we were comfortable and happy with the apartment was a wonderful way to start our trip.
Due to its location it can have a little night neighbourhood noise, however this is to be expected when you are in this type of position in a busy city.
