Staying in Camaldoli was the highlight of our trip. It’s one of those rare, precious corners of the city where you aren't just a tourist...you actually feel the authentic pulse of Florence. Walking the streets here, you get the real "Florentinian vibe" that’s becoming so hard to find in the center. The apartment itself is simply beautiful. There is a specific magic to how the rooms are laid out; the flow of the space is so natural and inviting that we found ourselves joking about never leaving. It truly feels like a home you could stay in forever. A few highlights that made our stay perfect: The Kitchen: It is exceptionally well-furnished with everything you need to cook a proper meal with local ingredients. Peace and Quiet: Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, the house is remarkably quiet, allowing for a perfect night's rest. The Atmosphere: High ceilings and tasteful decor that perfectly complement the historic surroundings.
