The location is excellent — close to local attractions, shops and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Check-in starts at 3pm and was smooth and easy.

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and renovation works were ongoing during our stay. Despite this, the host was very responsive, helpful and communicated clearly.

Would recommend to a group of students looking for a super central stay and arriving by train.

Very central, one of the least expensive options for the area. Able to accommodate a huge group (8+) though for a family with 5 people, we prob could have found something nicer. Stairs/no elevator is expected in old buildings and not a problem for us.

Felt like it was furnished by a poor college student (closet doors that won’t stay closed, random furniture and clutter). 5 bags of laundry from previous guests were left in the apartment. We had fun joking about the yoga poses necessary to use the downstairs shower. The parking situation is complex, and we didn’t receive communication from the host until the last minute, so I’m expecting a traffic fine (even though the ZTL was inactive, this is in a pedestrian area, only for taxis) because the recommended garage was full by then. Check in instructions arrive at 15:23, so make sure you have roaming/data and don’t need to check in at 15:00.

Location and price was good; small bathroom and lack of ac was challenging.

Location and cleanliness was very, very good.

The two air conditioners (one in each bedroom) were very weak. We were there during a heat-wave and the fans and ac unit just couldn't keep the apartment from being hot. Also, there is no lift / elevator and 67 stairs to get to the door so for two of the older people (one with a cane), that was a challenge. I would expect that in cooler weather, the apartment experience would have been much more enjoyable.

Central y bien ubicado

Su ubicación es excepcional. Dos cuadras del ponte vecchio, otras dos a Uffizi, cerca de excelentes restaurantes y minimarket.

Hubo un problema de timing con los datos q deben entregarse para el check in lo q fue molesto porque mi grupo grande cn muchas maletas. El segundo baño era muy pequeño. Podrian renovar las almohadas. Las escaleras par subir con maletas, de terror.

La ubicación es excepcional

La falta de ascensor, el no haber a/c en todas las habitaciones, en verano es imprescindible .que ya no haya una persona física que te pueda ayudar con un problema.

Ubicación perfecta

Perfecta ubicación, cerca de todo lo importante en Florencia, cerca del súper, restaurantes y bares. Tiene aire acondicionado y el espacio es bastante amplio. Check-in automático

Lo único malo es que no tiene elevador así que es un poco pesado si tienes maletas, pero es algo esperado al encontrarse en un edificio antiguo

L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les compresseurs était dans un garde robe ça climatisait pas l'appartement. C'est un appartement à évité quand il fait chaud.

Boa localização, sem café da manhã. Anfitrião muito atencioso, atendeu me na hora quando precisei inclusive em questões não relacionadas a moradia.

Predio antigo sem elevador, apartamento no quarto andar. Ar condicionado para funcionar bem precisava deixar uma porta aberta onde fica a unidade resfriadora, tornando a sala do mezanino muito quente. Falta de uma cortina blackout no quarto superior deixando vazar a luminosidade do quarto superior para o quarto abaixo,podendo ser facilmente resolvido.

Buen lugar para grupos, súper céntrico !!

La ubicación es perfecta!!!! Las camas son muy cómodas , buen ambiente si vas en grupo (duplex). Tiene lavadora y utensilios variados en la cocina. Cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Buena comunicación con los anfitriones.

La ducha del primer nivel es angosta, la del segundo nivel si es más amplia. Solo se accede por escalera (tenerlo en cuenta si tienen maletas grandres).

Cœur de ville médiévale

L’endroit est placé dans le quartier médiéval de Florence. Les sites à visiter sont à vos pieds. Restaurants au top à côté. Nous étions 2 familles, les enfants ont adoré être tous dans la même chambre! Ce fut un séjour exceptionnel.

Une suggestion: si possible, faire un Check-in un peu plus tôt.
