Everything. Valentina was a wonderful host and so was her assistant who met us and explained everything was likewise extremely helpful and informative.

This location is perfect. You can walk to everything. The restaurants and shops are right at your doorstep. We would want this location for every visit to Florence.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The location was great.
We were a family celebrating New Years Eve together for a week but the living room was not even a living room. Way to small and bound only sit three people when the place could sleep 5 or 6. There were only 4 chairs for dining and no oven and Booking had there was an oven. We rented an apt to share cooking together and meals together but this was not Possible. I felt misled by the amenities and photos. Be careful what you pick because the photos show all the apartments and you do not really know which os which. I feel like Booking should refund me something for their mistake of the oven and the photos of the apartment. I am a Genius member and expect something for my loyalty.
