Exceptional location just a stones throw away from the Ponte Vecchio and easily walkable to all the attractions.The apartment is generally clean .
There is no dishwasher and the agency managing the apartment collects city tax through credit card which is strange considering in all the other accommodations accepts cash or PayPal for the tax.I had to walk down to their office to pay the tax.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. The location was great.
The television did not work due to a damaged antenna. Two lampshades in one bedroom were broken.
Heating in the apartment was not explained when we picked the keys up at the office of the managing agent.
On ringing after arriving and noticing these problems, we were advised someone would attend. Alex phoned and came to fix the TV, he returned the next day again to change out the lampshades and the TV corrected it self. Other tenants left over groceries need to be removed as they are open and unsanitary.
