The location can’t be beat and communication with the renter was excellent!

There is construction going on outside of the building so expect some loud noises quite early. Of course construction is a part of progress so it shouldn’t be like that forever. A couple of us had trouble with internet access within the building and the common area was much smaller than I anticipated.

The apartments are nice and they are brilliantly located right next to the center but at the same time in a quiet place. Keep in mind that they're in a restricted area ZTL, so you can't drive there by car—you'll need to rent a garage, which is nearby. Florence also has the worst mobile internet in the world, and you only have an electronic key to enter the apartment, but there's simply no connection. Life hack: connect to the Wi-Fi at the nearest cafe for a cup of coffee, otherwise you won't be able to get in.

They need a capsule coffee machine. It costs about 40 euros, but even apartments much cheaper than that have one. Here, you're forced to drink coffee only at cafes.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. The location was great.

The television did not work due to a damaged antenna. Two lampshades in one bedroom were broken. Heating in the apartment was not explained when we picked the keys up at the office of the managing agent. On ringing after arriving and noticing these problems, we were advised someone would attend. Alex phoned and came to fix the TV, he returned the next day again to change out the lampshades and the TV corrected it self. Other tenants left over groceries need to be removed as they are open and unsanitary.
