Fantastic location, 3 mins walk to Boboli gardens, 1 min to Ponte Vecchio and easy stroll into Uffizi, Duomo etc. Hosts were super helpful, friendly and responsive and provided first class recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops and places to go. This all helped to make our brief stay in Florence relaxed and highly enjoyable. Beds were really comfortable and slept really well. The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, with spacious living area to relax after a day enjoying fabulous Florence

Very minor issue, toilet seat broken and needs to be secured properly.

The location is excellent. Although on a busy street, it is quiet with the windows closed. The host was extremely responsive when asked for help. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen, although extraordinarily tiny does have adequate glasses, etc.

The apartment was clean enough, but it could use some simple decorating touches to feel more home like. We had to “borrow” a light bulb from one room to make the sitting area useable for reading. The second bedroom had no really useable place to put clothes. Upon leaving we notified the host of broken toilet seat hinges. All in all, the biggest complaint we have is that it needed some love to feel warm and inviting, the pictures make it look more inviting than it is.

Отличное расположение в центре, но район не шумный. Чисто, много места, два спальники гостиная, где могут разместиться при желании 6 человек! Очень приятный персонал, быстрая реакция на все вопросы.

Немного сложно было разобраться как работает отопление, поэтому иногда было холодно. Но потом все наладилось.

L’emplacement

Le service promis est absent avec une gestion inefficace du problème de wifi. Par ailleurs, douche vraiment trop petite et double vitrage inefficace contre le bruit de la rue…. Et manque de rigueur dans le suivi : ampoule manquante, table à manger fatiguée (à reprendre car jolie). Idem Wc, poignée de porte d’entrée, …
